This was the perfect location for us, close to Sarasota, Bradenton and the beaches. The fenced yard was great for the pups. Well equipped, everything we needed was there. If we come down again without our RV- we'll look up this place. Thanks for sharing your home, much appreciation!

House was clean but very easy to find to get in was easy great communication throughout the process and stay totally fell in love with the porch all screened in a fan to keep it cool we almost didn't want to return back to our apartment here in Sarasota a very nice property and very wonderful host and like I said communication we were all very comfortable

We needed to modify our stay and reached out multiple times to the owner and Expedia. The modification was finally approved to change from 3 nights to 2 nights. I was told we would be refunded a night and the itinerary would reflect that. None of that happened. My wife and kids then showed up an hour after check in time to a house that was a total mess. This resulted in them having to leave the house which was a major inconvenience after a long drive for my family. I did see a partial refund come through for that night which was appreciated. The house is worn down in many areas and looks like a work in progress. The couch looks like it was picked up for free off the sidewalk. Needless to say, we are very displeased with this experience and are still awaiting our refund for the day/night we did not stay there.

The check in was a little confusing because the code didn’t work on one of the doors when we arrived. Communication is clear. It just takes a while for them to respond. The property is older but very clean inside.
