Our kids, ages 6,4, and 3 thought this was the coolest. Great location. Less than 10 minutes from public beach access. Walkable to pizza and ice cream. Excellent communication with host. It was a cute experience!
This little place was perfect for a 2 person short trip! It is in walking distance to many things and it is adorable! Definitely would stay here again.
The place was perfect and close to the beaches! I would absolutely stay here again! I would highly recommend anyone to stay in 1 of the tiny homes also!
Cute tiny house. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and stores.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Do not book this place. It’s dirty, old and put together with painted duct tape. We stayed for 15 minutes with a sticky table, placemat and you just felt dirty being inside. Early request accommodation? 30 charge. Nicki’s and fine for a gross place was just do disappointing.
We loved the location!! And the experience of the tiny house was one to remember!! We enjoyed our stay. It was a mother /daughter trip and my daughter is 17.
The property was great. The staff was great at communicating every step of the way. The place was so cute with every nice touch you could think of. Great location. Will return and stay again.
First of all this review is for the sanddollar unit as there was an error in my booking and it got switched. The host was very responsive. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property is a four minute walk to a shopping center with Marshalls, World Market, Publix, and Five Guys to name a few. We drove about 15 mins to the main parking lot for siesta beach, so all in all the location is very convenient.
First time visiting Siesta Key and I thought it would be fun for my daughter and I to have our first experience traveling together staying at a Tiny House. This place did not disappoint AT ALL. The space was fun, functional, clean, and in a prime location. It was easy to navigate to the beach and local shopping. Quiet and safe neighborhood and private. I will definitely be returning to this property for future stays in the Siesta Key area.
We had to make a quick reservation for a family emergency in the area. The Tiny House worked great. It was comfy, clean and convenient. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Great location for beach goers in theSiesta Key/Sarasota area.
the Tiny House is so cute! We loved the tiny house and surrounding area - we were able to walk to dinner.Negatives - the cutting board was dirty, location was as advertised but still a drive to the beach, and the 2nd bedroom ladder & stairs were steep but glad there was traction for stability. Great community space but ice machine wasn't working.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids (ages 4 and 6) absolutely loved the concept and decorations. We parents appreciated that we had a sitting area to hang out in that is slightly separated from where the kids are falling asleep (unlike a traditional hotel room). The kitchenette is helpful, although not really up for a full meal prep. Great stay, thanks!
My husband and I were pleased with the convenient location, modern design, and cleanliness of the property. We left behind a full length mirror, beach chairs and a soft sided cooler in the patio area in hopes that other future guests could use them as we were unable to fly them home with us but found them necessary to purchase to make our stay more enjoyable.
This was our first stay at a tiny home and we really enjoyed it. This place was so cute. It's time for the rental company to do a little refresh of the house. New pillows and towels are needed. Other than that, we were really pleased with our stay.
It was our first time staying in a tiny house. It was very clean. Check in & out was easy. We also wanted to see if we could ever live in a tiny house…I think it will just be a vacation stay! ;)

Just loved the tiny house
We found this to be a great location- close to everything. We would remind folks to bring own soap, shampoo and dryer. We ended up staying in the Sand Dollar tiny house and only negative was couch not very comfortable- would be better if 2 nice recliners!
