This is a newly renovated Condo, Immaculately clean and well maintained. The finishes are lovely. The furniture is comfortable, especially the bed. It is exactly as pictured, no surprises. The location, on a side street, away from the Tamiami Trail traffic and noise, but a comfortable walk to Sarasota Memorial Hospital, which was our focus. The parking lot was easy, with good markings to indicate your reserved spot. We were able to leave the car there for the day and walk to SMH. It was perfect. It is close to many good restaurants and groceries. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would - without reservation I highly recommend this property for your stay.

This property was spotless, well-appointed, located a very short walk from many wonderful restaurant and close to several of the local attractions (we walk to the beautiful Selby Gardens), and had a dedicated parking spot. Although we did not need two BR and two BA, this was still a better value for us than any smaller rentals or hotel rooms anywhere near this area. If you are traveling with more than two people, this lovely apartment, complete with anything dishes/utensils you would need to cook basic meals and even beach chairs and towels, would be a bargain. In a quiet neighborhood which felt safe.Communication before we arrived was great, and one of the owners, seeing us leaving for a day out, spoke with us to confirm that we had everything we needed.We will be back!
