What a location!!

Exactly as described. Incredibly close to anything you would want to do. Really nice property. Only con is the beds are a little thin feeling. Not the most comfortable but thats all i could ever see changing here. Overall is a must for any vacation!

February Siesta

My second time at this house. Met my expectations completely. Great location, close to beach, downtown, and I-75. Host is accessible and responsive. Would stay here again.

Convenient to the Beach, Shopping, and Restaurants

You can't beat the convenience of being close to the beach, but also near the grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. The beach chairs and tent were an extra bonus that made our beach trips even more enjoyable. The screened porch was a nice place to read and drink coffee in the morning.

Just what we needed! Great location and comfortable house!!

Our vacation in Sarasota was amazing! Staying at the Shoreland Woods property made everything even better. The location is ideal, close to the beach, downtown, dining, shopping centers, movie theater and I-75 (we were no more than 15 minutes drive from most location).
