A private lush tropical fruit garden view from a covered lanai with a grill and plenty of dining area. Located in a beautiful and eclectic Indian Beach Sapphire Shores neighborhood with mature green landscapes, the Ringling Museum, Asolo Theater, the Jungle Garden, a Bay park where dolphins and manatees are frequent visitors. 10 mins to downtown Sarasota, 12 mins to Lido beach and 20 min to Siesta beach. The ultimate Sarasota living awaits!
The 1200 sq. ft. house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office and a Tesla charger. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and an additional office with a comfortable desk. The second bedroom has two tween beds and the living room has an comfortable American Leather couch which easily converts to a comfortable Queen size bed. The house comfortably accommodates 4 people but can fit 6.
