You'll be greeted with an incredible open concept area that includes the kitchen, dining and living areas. Gorgeous flooring pours throughout the house generating the perfect balance of beauty and warmth. The fully equipped kitchen with large island and plenty of prep space are a cook's dream.

Movie nights and leisurely lounging are a must in the large living area with cozy sectional. You'll love the 65” Smart TV plus cable and sound bar. The mudroom at the back of the home includes a washer/dryer + utility sink and the barn door to blocks any sound from the laundry when in use.

If you prefer to spend a quiet evening outdoors, you can relax by the fire pit and enjoy your favorite cocktail. There are plenty of spaces in this family friendly home to enjoy the great outdoors.

Privacy and charm but also modern and perfect location!

Perfect for our stay! Half a block to walk to 30a and the boardwalk to the beach, but quiet and private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the layout of the property allowed us to sit outside and eat breakfast every morning in privacy even though we were so close to everything. Everything inside was clean, and well stocked (plenty of kitchen gear and dishes). Lots of space and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

I can't recommend this place enough if you're coming to 30a. Just off the beaten path enough, but still convenient to everything. Just a short bike ride to Alys or Rosemary Beach. We loved the house and the outside area was so spacious as well. We will definitely stay again if we come back to 30a. Bring trash bags they only provide one!

Lovely Place!

Great stay for families! We had 3 kids and there was plenty of room for them to play inside and out. It is an awesome location - easy walk to the beach, quick bike ride to Alys or the Hub and not too far from Rosemary! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the large dining table! Our only complaint was only having one bath towel per person - it would’ve been nice to have a few extras stocked in the cabinet. But overall, we loved the place and will be back!

Home away from home!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay in this super cute beach house. From the moment we walked through the white arched gate and trellis, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. The house was just as the photos showed, if not better. It was immaculately clean and just right for our family. We loved how tastefully decorated it was and felt comfortable and at home for our week’s stay. It is just a short walk down the street to the beach and close to Seaside or Seacrest area. We were very sad to leave our home away from home and hope to return again in the future.

Clean, Comfortable, Nice Property for Smaller Families

Ranch style house with updated, open kitchen, dining and family room layout. Perfect for our party of 5 — 3 adults anf 2 teenagers. Outdoor areas at property included fire pit, BBQ grill in three distinct areas. Easy access to beach which is significantly less crowded than Rosemary and Seacrest beach fronts. 2.0 miles to heart of Rosemary/Seacrest communities and 1.5 miles from Providence/HUB easily accessed with bikes which are key when staying at this property. Walkable as well. Great property near beach, outside of dense areas, and accessible to beach and 30A.

Nature Beach Bugalow

We love nature and we love the beach. This was the best of both worlds. Absolutely beautiful private lot with natural settings and wildlife. Loved drinking morning coffee outside watching the birds and squirrels. Walk to the beach is short with no issues. Plus just being able to walk down the street or road is a nice option for exercise. The house is so open and easy to navigate that is makes the stay simple without having to over think anything but to just be able to sleep, shower and hang without hassle. Just need the air to go below 70!!!!! Have one request.....that a simple path be put in between the car and the sidewalk. It is a busy street and walking in the road every time you go to the car or when your packing or unpacking car can be a little daunting. Willing to stay again if the air gets fixed.

It is so wonderfully appointed and spacious with a massive property just minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded in cleanliness and the kitchen had literally everything we could possibly need! Beds were SO comfortable and the living room was spacious and relaxing. The walk to the beach access took maybe 3-4 minutes, straight across the street, and we never had trouble finding space to set up for the we day. Supermarkets are close by and there are many restaurants within 10 min drive from the house. We had such an amazing stay in Seacrest Beach! Highly recommend this home. *note there are steep stairs (55, my 75 yr mother counted, lol) down to the beach all along this area. It was a surprise to us having never been to 30A. Guests with limited/compromised mobility will have to consider.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only is the location wonderful but the house was super cute! Just a short walk to the beach and that is what we were looking for. The street we were on was very quiet and everyone was super friendly. We did have some things that we didn’t care for though, such as, having to provide our own paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher and laundry pods. Benchmark did provide the first of all of these but we flew down there so buying those items in bulk wasn’t ideal. We had trouble with the oven not heating and contacted maintenance but it was never addressed during our stay. We do wish that beach chairs provided were in better shape and not rusted and that bikes were included in the rental for what we paid for it. Overall, I would recommend this place to family and friends but we have decided to look at other options for our next visit.

Would be nice if management co would add an open gate next to the parking for easier and direct unload to the house. The current walkway set up was difficult to move large amounts of luggage and if they can just concrete a small walkway through the front yard to connect with a one. In the gate, it would save about 100 steps round trip and since you can’t pull up near any door or entrance that would be massively helpful. Also hvac unit not big enough for home. Hubs has done HVAC and we were told that the unit freezes over at under 70 degrees. A good well sized unit won’t freeze until it’s around 60. We stayed during 80 days so it should not have been an issue, but the days were warm in the house. Decor was beautiful and furniture very comfy, bathrooms great. All great except loading/unloading and hvac. Would stay again if those things were addressed. Thanks so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super adorable, clean and charming cottage. Great location about 2 miles from Rosemary Beach. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was for a few reasons. 1. Upon booking I specifically asked if there were beach chairs to rent on the beach and water activities to do because most of the guests were over 50 and didnt wanting to be lugging chairs, etc knowing the beach was a little walk. I was told there were and given a number to call. So after calling about 4 times, I was told by the beach chair company they didnt rent there. I called about 4 other places and no one rented there. After calling the management company and them giving me another name of a beach chair rental company- the other beach chair rental place couldnt help me either saying "that beach was limited." This was a complete let down. There were also no kayaks, or no other sports activities to do on the beach. In addition, the steps down to the beach are REALLY HIGH. So we had to not only carry all of our stuff, but lug coolers, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, etc, a mighty, very steep steps. We would have NEVER stayed here had I not been able to get beach chair rental on the beach. addition, we were only given 1 bath towel per person, so we had to do laundry almost every night. Which it not something you want to do while on vacation. 1 dishtowel, and there were no garbage bags, but what was already in the trash bin. We did have to call maintanance due to the TV in the main room not working and there were very fast to respond and fix it. Bike tires were flat and there was only 1 bike. However, the tv's in the other rooms only supply Netflix. More towels, more garbage bins and tv's working with all channels.....Little things like this make all the difference in your stay. I personally wouldnt rent here again due to the walk, beach steps and non existent/unreliable beach chair services. But, if you dont mind that- its great!

This home was perfect for our stay, a quiet street close to the beach with very comfortable living space and a very well landscaped outdoor area. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. It was clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked, the bedrooms would be great for two couples and 1 or 2 children or a family beach getaway.The beach is a short walk and not crowded.The property manager was very easy to work with,171 Seacrest exceeded our expectations. We would consider booking again in the future.

We didn’t realize we would be having to go up and down 5 flights of stairs at the beach. That information wasn’t disclosed anywhere. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone in our party that was unable to use the stairs to get to the beach access. I feel like that information should be provided prior to booking. In case someone in the party has a handicap where they are physically unable to use the stairs. Our second complaint was the oven in the house really needed a good cleaning. Otherwise everything else was great.

It was better than expected! We loved how quiet and private it was and it was such a short walk to the beach. It was nice to be so close to Alys and Rosemary but not too far away from seaside. The beach chairs provided were nice too! The only things we would suggest would be having curtains in the bedrooms to help with light, the house needs more bath towels, bathrooms could use an update as well. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and the house was clean and had plenty of space for us.
