Welcome to Wish You Were Here at The Lookout! 
 
Wish You Were Here is a modern, cozy cottage located in the new Vineyard district.  The open floor plan and comfortable, colorful furnishings create a warm environment for families and friends.  The house features an abundance of natural light all day long.  Wish You Were Here is kid and pet-friendly with hardwood floors on the first floor and carpeting upstairs.     
 
Downstairs is the open kitchen, dining room, and living room.  The kitchen has all the amenities to make your vacation hassle-free including a gas stove, coffee maker, and Keurig.  The dining room table includes two leaves to comfortably fit all group sizes.  The dining room also features a riddling rack for easy wine storage (up to 10 bottles).  The colorful living room includes an HD TV with cable, a Blu-ray player, and a Bluetooth soundbar.  
 
Wish You Were Here comfortable sleep 8 in the three bedrooms, including a bunk room for the kids, additional sleeper sofa.  The master bedroom features a king bed, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom.  The bunk room features two sets of bunk beds, each with its own light and plenty of storage space.  The third bedroom has a queen bed and a built-in closet for your convenience. 
 
Outside you will find additional space for your perfect vacation, including a large grill connected to the house gas line so you will never run out of gas mid-cooking as well as a large table for outside dining and entertainment.   There are plenty of hooks to hang wet towels from the day at the lake.  The front porch features Adirondack chairs for relaxing.  
 
Walk out the front door to the Vineyard Park green space or take the short walk to The Lookout’s community pool and Hilltop park complete with a playground, playfield, pickleball court, large outdoor stone fireplace, and community grill.  Call the Lookout Valet to access the lake, whether it is the private beach or marina.  This home is perfectly situated for a family getaway, two family vacations, or a fun trip with friends. 
 
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided and it has enough capacity to handle a full family of devices.
