Studios minutes away! Perfect location to maintain privacy. You would not need to run into anybody else while living here or going to and from your car. Cottage has one shared wall and three exterior walls. Lots of windows for sun and an open feeling. Laundry is done between guests at a professional fluff and fold laundry.

Premier, quiet convenient Burbank location north of Glenoaks just outside the Glendale border. Walkability! This is an adorable sweet studio apartment with its own front and back doors, it’s own dedicated off street parking right next to the cottage, and coin operated washer and dryer shared by 5 others available on the property. Fresh paint, redone hardwood floors, new IKEA kitchen, newly redone bathroom, well chosen furniture, linens, window treatments. Central air and heat. Perfect for long-term single adult and in the case of an ovetnight visitor ( cleared by the owner) there is a single hide a bed as well as the full bed. Not suitable for two full time adults. There is a front door and a back door to this charming cottage and a small outside space for sunning. It is on a quiet residential street. While this is a newish short term rental to us, we are experienced short term rental owners, having 2 furnished STRs for the past 25 years in Laguna Beach. We are very conscientious of the needs of our guests and we live nearby and respond quickly should any issues arise.

Was working in Burbank for a month and this little cottage was the perfect home away from home. I always felt safe and comfortable. Gerri was also great to communicate with and responsive if I had questions about anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute place but super big still. Kitchen has dining area and plenty of space. Big closet. Comfortable bed. The internet is faster than my place—400Mbps I think. Neighborhood is super quiet. Parking is right next to unit.The hosts were incredible. Responded within minutes throughout my stay. The AC was not working great the first night and they had an AC repairman there the next morning and fixed by noon. Super helpful. Lots of amazing Middle Eastern food nearby.

Amazing property in Burbank, CA

I spent 5 months at this amazing property in Burbank, CA while I was attending school. Full kitchen with everything you could want. Spacious studio fully equipped. Amazing walk in closet and spacious bathroom. You have a front door and back door that leads to the laundry areal. Private parking which is a huge plus. It’s walking distance to downtown and a short hike up to the hills. The owners were amazing! We stayed in contact leading up to arriving and they checked on me periodically. All I can say is that this was one of the best property/experience’s I’ve had.

Adorable

Such an adorable, well decorated space. I stayed here for about 10 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It is completely stocked with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Gerri and her family were so gracious and attentive. If any issues arose, they were on it within an hour. Close to hospital, downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Great neighborhood to walk in. Just a cozy, cute place to call home while on the road.

Sweet Charmer

Wonderful little studio "cottage", exceptionally clean, newly refinished, tastefully decorated. A few days after I was settled, the owner came by to make sure I was happy with the rental. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, shared washer/dryer that I've never had to "share", on-site parking. Exceeded my expectations and perfect for my needs.

We have owned these four units since 1988. Just recently upon vacating of the studio apt, we decided to make it a short term rental. We worked for months with our designer on getting it ready, picking out the perfect new furnishings to make it the most comfortable. We did not go the garage sale/estate sale/craigslist furnishings route which can be typical of short term rentals.

Gerri has been a real estate agent and broker in Glendale since the early 70s. Since retiring from the LAPD, Art works on his ‘50s classic car collection, which he stores and works on in the garages on this property. Art is also a semi retired general contractor so this building is always well maintained and he is always available to fix little quirks that might need attention. We like to travel and have visited many beautiful spots all over the world. We have four adult children and four grandchildren who live nearby and we are fortunate to enjoy their company nearly every weekend.

Why they chose this property

We love this location as it is quiet, friendly, and close to things that are necessary for an easy and fun lifestyle. Movies, coffee, healthy food, ethnic foods, the largest IKEA in the U.S. down the block, easy access to major roads and freeways, and so much more make this a truly convenient spot.

What makes this property unique

Considering this is an apartment in a very popular location of Burbank, this little cottage still offers privacy along with convenience. The furnishings are fresh and welcoming and we are just minutes away from anything you would want to complete your lifestyle. Many of the studios and complementary support entertainment businesses are just minutes away.
