All new paint, redone hardwood floors, brand new IKEA kitchen, newly redone bathroom, brand new furniture, linens, central air and heat, window treatments. Perfect for long-term single or parent/child as there is a single hide a bed as well as the full bed. Not suitable for two adults full time. There is a front door and a back door to this charming cottage and a small outside space for sunning. It is on a quiet residential street. While this is a new short term rental, we are experienced short term rental owners, having done this for the past 20 years in Laguna Beach. We are very conscientious of the needs of our guests and we live nearby.
