Appartement surévalué

Un appartement à l’étage , vieillot , pas très lumineux , balcon étroit . Pas de lit queen size mais 140 très confortable. Malheureusement beaucoup de mouches donc embêtant quand on ouvre les fenêtres. Bruit d’eau de l’appartement en bas , quartier calme
