My name is Carol , my husband and I rented Cheri's house last winter . It was
absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The rooms were furnished absolutely gorgeous. The mattresses were practically brand new and very comfortable. Plenty of closet and three bathrooms, one adjoining the master bedroom . The kitchen was open concept and had everything we needed . The lanai was spectacular with awesome plants and flowers.
There is also a table and chair set so you can eat outdoors everyday, rain or shine,
with a large ceiling fan.She has beautiful paintings throughout the house. Honestly, it is beautiful. Cheri was not only beautiful but extremely available to us at any time of the day or night. She welcomed us and had cheese and crackers waiting for us. As for restaurants, beaches,Naples Zoo, shopping or fishing, they are minutes away.

REVIEW 2022 (many more available) After looking at many homes in Naples, we finally chose Casa Alexa and we are so very happy that we made that decision! We very much enjoyed the last six months in this amazing, contemporary "zen-like" sanctuary. This incredibly unique home is definitely a step above with the artwork collection, spacious openness and absolutely perfect for relaxing, cooking, entertaining. Such a beautiful, eclectic space, and Cherie has thought of everything to make a long-term stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy dinners at home, such as: ample utensils, pots and pans, large coffee mugs, a blender, BBQ grill, even a wine cooler. The layout was convenient with the master bedroom and en suite bath/shower on the ground floor, large two-story living area with a walkout to the rear patio/lanai with hot tub, and a very nice second bedroom plus nicely equipped office space upstairs. The grounds, including the patio/lanai were wonderfully landscaped with tropical plants and flowers, the Xfinity internet/WiFi was strong throughout the house and the signal was steady with few interruptions. Cherie has multiple Smart TVs, all Roku compatible, (but come with Amazon Firestick) and the Alexa setup was a nice touch. We loved eating breakfast out on the patio/lanai, listening to the birds, and hearing the gentle wind chimes throughout the day. The hot tub was a plus, which Cherie kept religiously serviced and clean. The location also worked well for us for easy food delivery, bike rides in the neighborhood, and access to local parks, nearby beaches, and Naples Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is great for walking and very quiet and friendly. The overall energy which Cheri has imbued into the home is contagious! Overall, the house more than met our needs and Cheri couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Thank you, Cheri! Greg

2022 REVIEW It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Casa Alexa - a truly amazing Art Inspired furnished and decorated home near downtown Old Naples, Fl. Having recently sold a newly constructed home with Gulf Access and just recently entering into a new build contract I decided to lease a beautiful and comfortable home in Naples - first time I rented in many decades. After much research, I chose Casa Alexa owned by Ms Cheri who sets the standard for an awe-inspiring rental experience within 4+ miles of Naples' world-renowned trendy 5th Avenue shoppes & restaurants. Located in a pristine - well manicured established community that welcomes you with a sense of tranquility upon entering it is not only matched but exceeded by the thoughtfulness of the Casa Alexa's decor - fashion - furnishings of this 2 story lovely home. Unique pieces of original art are found throughout the 1900 SF of this warm & welcoming place one can call home. Newly appointed furnishings - a kitchen appointed with modern appliances - sleek in design while complementing the colors and textures of furniture and voice controlled with multiple ALEXA speaker units sets a new standard in home convenience and comfort. Multiple smart HDTVs, solid build quality, quiet and friendly neighbors all contributes to this satisfying experience. The owner is passionate about this investment property and this is reflected by the timely immediate response to anything within the home that may need to be addressed. During the horrific and tragic Hurricane Ian in recent months Casa Alexa maintained power continuously both during and post storm. The owner is very proactive on remedying anything that may be subject to maintenance and the support team is timely in response and respectful of the privacy of the residents.
