Had a great time at John's small house property. Extremely clean, enough space for 2 adults to enjoy comfortably, very private property, but very close to the beach and water should you choose to enjoy that. Will stay again, thanks John.
Our first experience staying in a tiny home was a great one! Very cozy, well-appointed and in walking distance to beach and main area. Host was excellent.
Very Nice except for broken bed that limited space and limited warm water for shower. Otherwise very well stocked - only needed to bring food & clothes!!
Awesome location and very cute property.
The tiny home is a lot more spacious than you would expect, and has all the amenities you need for a trip.
The firepit is awesome, I used it a LOT. Very comfortable seating.
The host was amazing too, the first night we were very tired and struggled with the futon bed, John came the next day and showed me how to do it and was super friendly!
We had a blast, definitely would stay here again
John was a very attentive, yet non intrusive and discreet host. He keeps the property very clean, in impeccable order and gives a lot of attention to detail. We would definately recommend.
Its a lovely property in a nice location. The property manager was on the same property so very communicative and not intrusive.
The Sofa bed could use an update, but other than that it was lovely.
This little gem was unique and quite quaint .Very peaceful 😊
Overall the place was great , a little warm in the home though , weather was extremely hot at this time also , but spending the day at the beach was a great way to relax and cool . John was very kind and accommodating. We will return 😊
John, our host is very welcoming and kind. All your needs are provided for. Use of the yard, fire area and large deck with outdoor kitchen is perfect.
We enjoyed the skylights and the stars at night, and even had a squirrel peak in at us.
John made home made buns and brisket for us. Bonus!
Beautiful week. We will go back.
Overall loved this experience! As a 75 year old single traveller, I appreciated the host helping with the pullout couch & preparing the fire, ready to light.
The directions were hard to follow, I don’t have GPS; just give directions from Center street
The pullout couch was comfortable for me, maybe not so much for a tall couple; could invest in a duvet?

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Tiny dragonfly house was6 as expected.
The tiny house lived up to our booking expectations. Very clean. The photos need to be updated, lots of overgrowth and rot, and the listing needs to be plain that the host is on site...this is my first (of many stays) stay with the host meters away from my lodging...it should be clear that you share the ourdoor space with the host...access to the space is not the same as sharing. Tom was a great host upon arrrival but we did not receive our lock box code for 2 hours past check in due to an error on his part with a mistake of Nikki and Nicole and wrong dates and booking site. The added air conditioner did not help with the heat until about 2am. Good effort on his behalf. I enjoyed the space but the listing is very outdated
We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Communication with John was fast and pleasant right from beginning. He was very hospitable and always asked if we had any questions during our emails. The Dragonfly is situated in a quiet area which has shade and sun if desired. The tiny house was immaculate and has everything you can think of… so much detail and thought was put into this little paradise! It feels very spacious with the big windows all around sitting area.. John greeted us immediately and was there to help with anything we needed. I loved that he had the fire going for us at supper without us even asking. He kept to himself but was a welcome joiner around fire when asked. Very friendly, personable man who we look forward to seeing at our next stay. He even baked us delicious buns , brought out to the fire the next day with jams and marmalades. I personally loved the fuzzy blankets, comfy pillows, the cute little treehouse room to rest and read in during the day( great for kids!), deer that waltzed through, cleanliness of the house and how quiet it was.
Highly recommend and we can’t wait till next year! Booked already!
Our stay was quite nice. Just a few things missing unfortunately. We could have used more than one dish towel, especially after the fridge freezer leaked out onto the floor for 2 days. There was no dish cloth either. Definitely could use some cooking utensils, more pots & pans, a baking sheet or disposable ones for the bbq. The bbq needed cleaning as it had major grease fires every time we tried to bbq something. With these few add-ons, we would definitely enjoy another weekend here again!
This place is truly a little gem! So peaceful and relaxing I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The host John is amazing and happy to help with whatever you need. I can’t wait to go back and I’m so glad it’s only 40 minutes away! Best sleep I’ve had in ages!
Please was clean but really small and there is no privacy at all camera was pointed at the place and owner house just beside the place and using the same backyard . I paid for 3 nights but just stayed for 1 night .
Never stayed in a tiny house before very unique experience. We enjoyed it. Beds were ok. We came in winter but if you were tp come in summer the outdoor living space looks awesome.
John very friendly hostcame and introduced himself and showed us a few things we need to know and turn on.
John made homemade buns and dropped off some for us. Yummy. We also had deer come into yard fun to watch.
Only thing less positive tiny house has tiny water heater need to shower quick.
Due to some unforeseen issues we needed to reschedule our stay to a later date. John has been wonderful throughout the entire process, he answered all of my many questions and has been very easy to work with for the rescheduling. Definitely looking forward to our stay!!!
Great get-away for us. Very cozy and relaxing. John is an amazing host! Very helpful and even baked us delicious fresh buns!!
Only downfall ; sofa bed was not comfortable.
Overall enjoyed our stay ❤️
Had a very unique and lovely stay at the Dragonfly ti y house. John the host is welcoming and accommodating- really enjoyed seeing what tiny living is like!
My best friend and I stayed here for only one night just to get away and do something unique. It was great in every way, and we may make this an annual experience. Great host, great location, and super clean!!
