During the summer, world-famous hiking and biking trails are only a few minutes from the front door, and just down the hill are Lake Tahoe’s beautiful beaches, boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking! There is something for everyone here, and our space offers a quiet escape after a day outside. In the winter, the Skier Express gondola provides easy access to Heavenly Mountain’s Stagecoach Chairlift. Groceries at the Marketplace on-site, or from the Safeway in town.

Stay at our 1,025 sq.ft. 2 bedroom villa in Stateline by Lake Tahoe! This suite includes:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 King bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 King bed
• Living Area: Queen-sized sofa sleeper. A flat-screen TV with DVD player. Stereo system for music. Gas fireplace.
• Kitchen: Dining set, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, full-sized oven, dishes and utensils
• 2 Bathrooms: In-suite washer and dryer. Towels and complimentary toiletries provided

Additional amenities and services are available at the Tahoe Ridge Resort including:

• Year-round indoor and outdoor pool access.
• Fitness centre, tennis courts, (indoor/outdoor) basketball nets, racquetball court, badminton court, group fitness classes, and more!
• 3 on-site restaurants

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: Fully-refundable damage deposit: $115 USD.
• Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $39 is required and includes parking, access to indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, on-property activities, indoor courts, and in-room DVDs with players.
• Room taxes and Douglas County tax apply and typically total $5 or more per night.

• Dive into the pools on-site - the outdoor pool is seasonal
• Mini golf is only open during the summer season.
• Please note that there is no air-conditioning
• At check-in, you will receive a unit with the same specs as the images shown. However, the actual decor, view, and furniture layout may differ. If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.
• Ski rentals are not available on-site, but guests are provided a Heavenly Coupon to avail discounted rates for rentals at Heavenly Mountain. The guest will scan a QR code from the coupon to book online.

Nice rooms - We had two connected rooms perfect for our small group of 5. Covered parking makes it easy to load and unload. Location is very close to stagecoach ski lift ideal for intermediate skiers. Access to shuttle also great if parking is full. Hot tub and sauna in building too. Would repeat.

Great location close to Heavenly Stagecoach chair lift. Helpful staff and nice amenities. Note that the "Skier Express" tram that takes you to the chair lift is not walkable from all of the buildings in the complex, but a good free shuttle system will also get you there.

This is a great place to stay with family and ski Heavenly. The tram brings you right to Stagecoach lift. Nice warm indoor/outdoor pool (spas were closed due to Covid). There's a hiking trail right off the resort and many others nearby.

The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen had everything for cooking family meals. The tram from the complex to the Stagecoach lift is a great feature! Club house amenities are fun too. We really enjoyed our stay at the Ridge.

The location was great for skiing at Heavenly. Loved having the option of the shuttle and the skier express bubble. Would like to go back when the hot tubs and services are all open - missed that. Wish the condos had an electric water kettle (for the a and cocoa), a pitcher for the fridge (for water or juice), and more than 6 plates.
