Seaquestered in Paradise Vacation House with Pool - Only Steps to the Beach

Our home is bright, inviting and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in tropical paradise. Located on a peaceful, friendly side street, you're only a few short steps away from quiet beachfront access - or lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private pool that is within a two- story screened enclosure. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened lanai and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a deck with sliding glass doors to enjoy wonderful gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and there are two twins in the third bedroom (which can be joined together for a king-sized bed), both sharing a main bath off the hallway. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings, and two large, windowed walls open to a huge screened lanai with a view of the gulf.

Our home is very modern and nicely furnished with a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only a short walk 2 blocks away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the island. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided, and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy hours of beachcombing for unique shells and sand dollars. Take an early morning walk on the beach to witness the antics of the pelicans and dolphins.

There is cable TV and a VCR in each bedroom, and a big-screen TV with DVD and VCR to entertain you in the living room- but don't miss out on the magnificent sunsets and nightlife that the beach has to offer!

We hope you enjoy your stay in our home. We have designed it to be comfortable and affordable. Thank you for not smoking in our home and for not bringing your pets with you.

Exceeded Expectations

Pictures don’t do justice to this wonderful property - significant upgrades since photos were taken! Location was perfect for us, sunrise and sunset views from porch were spectacular. Quick walk to beach, great pool. Easy walk to Publix and Junkanoo. Be aware that post-hurricane repairs and new construction are ongoing throughout the island. Owner super responsive, neighbors friendly. We have reserved for another stay!

Perfect for our needs

We loved staying at Alison and AJ’s place. It was a close walk to the beach as advertised and in a quiet location close to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants. It was a little removed from the hub of restaurants and shopping but we didn’t mind that at all. We wanted to have a comfortable place to relax and go to the beach and this place was perfect for that. The house is well equipped, excellent beach access, and we enjoyed the pool every day! It was the nicest, warmest pool we’ve ever used which was amazing for my 80-year-old dad, 2-year-old, and the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed it as well! We are so grateful for this place. Our son has already declared he wants to come back. We also appreciated how child-friendly this place was.

Wonderful place to stay

Alison has a beautiful house very well equipped with everything you need for a beach stay. It was nice to have extra towels and wagon with beach things available to use. The beach was a short walk and easily accessible! The backyard pool was a nice cool off after a day at the beach. Publix was two blocks away for your grocery needs. Alison communicated well and was very friendly to work with. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great winter getaway

We enjoyed 3 weeks in March. Easy 3 minute walk to beautiful FMB. The house was very nice and had everything we could want. The enclosed pool was great to cool off in during the hot part of the day. Just a short walk to Publix. We would definitely stay here again.

Mid Island Retreat

This property is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The front screened lanai affords a view of the gulf from down the street. The home has every possible thing one would need, the pool was warm and relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk. There are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The property owner is readily available for questions or concerns. The grocery store is one street away. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely hope to stay again.

Wonderful weekend friendly flexible hosts

College girls reunion trip. We hemmed and hawed with sick parents and also sick friends… hosts pleasant and were so nice to work with us. We ended up going with a smaller group and had a wonderful time! Steps from the beautiful beach! Enjoyed sunset, restaurants, pool and more! A very relaxing and nice weekend! Home was a beautiful beach escape!

Awesome place to stay! Close to the beach and has everything you need, especially if you have kids

Loved this place! We have two little kids, and they had a pack n play, booster seat, toys, kids silverware etc. also loved that they had a ton of beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, double stroller, and pool floats. The house was nice and even more updated than the pictures. They had a ton of beach towels to use and the living area was comfortable and fun to hang out in. The pool was awesome and clean. The house is 7 houses down the street, so it’s about a 2 minute max walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

Great location

Pros: Location is about a block and a half from the beach. And they provide wagons for transporting beach equipment which they also have. The garage is well stocked with beach stuff. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have nice comfortable beds. Check in is easy with lockbox. We were able to bring our dog for additional fee. Cons: Dryer was full of laundry to be folded from previous stay. King bed in master is not comfortable at all. When I contacted owner, I was told new bed is on back order. Use the quilts in house for more padding. Overall, we had a great trip. It was hard to get moving in the morning as my husband and I both had back issues with the uncomfortable bed. We would stay there again if the King mattress was replaced.

Great beach vacation!!

The location can’t be beat, it is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to just about anything else you might want to do. The white sandy beach was beautiful, restaurants were great and things to do were endless. The house itself is completely stocked, a full kitchen, plenty of linens, a few beach beach umbrellas, tons of pool floats and toys, if you need it, they probably have it. Communicating with the owners was easy and the response time was quick. I definitely recommend booking this house for your next beach trip!

Great house that gave our family plenty of space to be together, but also room to spread out. Loved the pool and access to the beach. Very convenient to Publix as well. Would have liked a few restaurants / coffee spots in walking distance, but gave that up for more quiet.

Great House!

Great house, very close to the beach! My kids favorite part was probably the pool. The only drawback is that it was not quite as walkable as I hoped it would be to shops and restaurants, but that was my own doing. We rented a golf cart and it was super easy to get around though. Overall, it was a great stay with great amenities at the house. Kids enjoyed the beach toys and the wagon made the short walk hauling it all very easy.

Fantastic Beach House

Location-amazing! Beach access across Estero Blvd. super easy walk. Plenty of room for our family! We cooked a lot. Kitchen had what we needed. Loved the pool and outdoor shower. We didn’t realize all of the beach toys, bikes, coolers, towels, etc that were there!!! We would have packed a lot less. We didn’t need items for a toddler/baby but they had all of that too! Wonderful stay!

Great family vacation

Wonderful location and perfect for a family vacation especially with younger children. Kids loved the pool and close walk to the beach. Plenty of toys and beach accessories provided. TVs have been updated since recent pictures to all smart TVs throughout home.

perfect family vacation home

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get away. We have a 1 & 2 year old and this house had it all. Some things I really appreciated were the pack-n-play, high chair, extra fans for the bedrooms, toddler potty, lots of toys, a stocked kitchen, the screened in porch, tons of towels and the perfect amount of space. I packed toys for our boys but wouldn’t have needed to! I loved that the living quarters were upstairs so the boys couldn’t easily access the pool. The pool was warm and clean & a favorite for all. Downstairs, in the garage, was everything needed to visit the beach- from toys to beach balls to even a beach wagon! My boys loved the wagon and it made our trips to the beach so much easier. We were two blocks from a Publix, 100 yards from the beach and a quick drive to the square. I absolutely loved this house & really appreciated the hosts. They were quick to respond and I so appreciate them sharing their home with us! We will be back! Thanks so much again!

Wish to rent again!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 and the grandparents came along. This house had everything, from the perfect pool and accessories to all things necessary for the beach! The closet full of towels was a nice surprise as those are often in short supply for rentals. The kitchen was well stocked, the TV had great options for streaming. The screen porch was perfect, every bedroom also had a little porch. The walk to the beach was a skip down the short block and across the not so busy road right to the public access. The beach was so perfect and loved how quiet it was from that access point. I can't say enough about this mid island home. We wish to come back but it's already booked for the time we're looking! We'll be back, hopefully! Thank you for our most favorite stay so far in Florida!

Great Extras!

We were so pleased with this property. There are so many extras- towels, toys, rafts, chairs , coolers, beach carts- you name it. The only complaint is the cleaning company could use some improving. I don’t feel this is a reflection of the owner. Allison was very responsive and kind.
