Perfect accommodation for us. Good location, near bakery and grocery store, bikes available, quiet despite being near the main road, well equipped kitchen, and last but not least a very accommodating host. We could not have wished for more, very happy with the whole stay.

Perfect holiday

This house was really well equiped and clean. Perfect kitchen for people who enjoy cooking, everything supplied by mr ozkul (incl shampoo, coffee, more than enough toilet paper etc etc). Nice heated swimming-pool Our kids enjoyed table tennis and cycling (also provided for every age incl helmets.). Nice place to visit region Thank you We would highly recommend

A nice house well located at the entrance of Gujan-Mestras with a large swiming pool cleaned each and every day by the owner. The owner is very discreet while trying to satisfy your nerfs. There are several oyster restaurant in the neighborhood... what else (Georges)? 😀

Super séjour, je recommande

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille dans la villa Ozkul qui offre de très belle prestations. Elle est très bien situé avec des commerces a proximité. Logement calme, fonctionnel et propre. Monsieur Ozkul est très arrangeant et a l'écoute pour les procédures d'arriver et de départ et nous laisse des petites attentions qui font très plaisir. Je recommande vivement.

Perfection et détente

Maison moderne et très propre. M. Ozkul est très très prévenant et est pleins d'attentions. Des boissons fraîches nous attendait à l'arrivée et tout nous a été montré dans la maison. Le matin même l'ouverture et le nettoyage de la piscine fut fait. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances sans prise de tête !

Beau séjour - très belle maison - hôte très sympathique

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans une très belle maison, très très bien équipée, très bonne literie, calme, avec piscine très bien entretenue par le propriétaire M. OZKUL. Il venait tous les matins très tôt pour l entretien, sans nous déranger. A notre arrivée, il nous a tout expliqué le fonctionnement des appareils ménagés. Personne très gentille. Gâteau Basque et boisson à notre arrivée. Un super confort. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, dans une région magnifique. Location 200% au top Merci M. OZKUL, certainement à une prochaine fois Sophie et Pascal ARLES

Très bon séjour !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette agréable villa : la piscine est très agréable et apporte énormément ( surtout avec l entretien régulier et très discret du propriétaire ). Le propriétaire est là pour tout problème et il est aux petits soins. Un excellent moment malgré le contexte des feux environnants et de la canicule. Je ne peux que recommander.

séjour agréable - équipement manquant

Très bon emplacement - proche arcachon et de la dune du pilat - piscine agréable - Bémol : maison manquant d'équipement : pas de saladier, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de cuillère en bois, seulement 6 assiettes peu de vaisselle à dispo, congelateur ne fonctionnait pas donc on a jeté les glaces fondues - équipement trop cheap dans l'ensemble ce qui ternit le séjour - La literie et les deux canapés sont à changer (trop inconfortable)

Excellent séjour

Magnifique maison, très pratique, très fonctionnelle. Les photos reflètent la réalité. Tout y est : draps, serviettes de toilette, sèche-cheveux, produits d'entretien... Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Il y a même un lit et une baignoire pour bébé, ainsi qu'un siège réducteur pour les toilettes et des accessoires (pelle, râteau, seau...) pour jouer sur la plage. La piscine est très propre et le propriétaire est même venu à 4 h du mat pour la nettoyer sans nous déranger. Il nous a accueillis avec 2 bouteilles de soda. Il est très gentil, et comme je l'ai déjà lu dans un commentaire très discret, même s'il habite à côté. La maison est située proche des commerces : très bonne boulangerie-pâtisserie, boucherie, supermarché et pas loin d'un hyper U. Il y a un aqualand également et un parc accrobranche à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette maison pour ceux qui souhaiteraient visiter le bassin d'Arcachon.

Toller Urlaub 2020

Wir haben uns trotz Corona dazu entschieden, den Urlaub anzutreten und haben es nicht bereut! Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat neben einer tollen Küche auch einen schönen Pool, den unser Vermieter auch sehr gut beheizt hat. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und in alles eingewiesen. Wir haben die verschiedenen Atlantikstrände besucht und uns als Gast bei Monsieur Ozkul sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne irgendwann mal wieder.

maison assez bien, il faudrait juste de meilleurs matelas, terrasse en bois un peu défectueuse et il n'y a pas de clé pour les toilettes et la salle de bain. Mais à part ces petits détails c'est une maison agréable et spacieuse avec un propriétaire très agréable

Bonne location

Maison propre et fonctionnelle. Propriétaire disponible et attentif. Un souci rencontré avec le congélateur que le propriétaire est disposé à solutionner. Très bonne semaine sur le bassin d’Arcachon, nous avons également bien profité de la piscine.
