Our home is just minutes away from historic, downtown Manchester, NH. This is the ideal place for traveling professionals, looking for something close to the city, highways, or airport, or hospitals.

We take pride in how clean we keep our space and expect the same from our guests in return. We are very easy going and understanding. Always available via cell phone or email.

This rental had one of the best equipped kitchens I have seen. I could have cooked anything. My biggest problem was the beds were uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well.

Great location, clean, & cute!

Could not have asked for a cleaner place, and the location was great. It was less than a 10 minute drive to the downtown of Manchester. Also a few minute walk to a walking path. Easy to communicate with owners, and the place is very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen, plus towels, sheets etc. Just bring your clothes. We worked there for a few days, and WiFi worked well. Highly recommend!

The owners Kate and Adam we're very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages sent to them. Upon a arrival we had a note for us and the apartment was super clean. The apartment was Comfortable and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable and so was the couch. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a few moments from downtown Manchester. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a really nice place and it is affordable. 10/10 stars.

Fabulous apartment with everything you need including perfect hosts

Kate was a very thoughtful and attentive host and has put a lot of thought and attention into this apartment which is on the ground floor of their family home. It was spotless and furnished with everything we needed for a month-long stay. We would definitely stay here again.
