GrandView #305 is a Newly Remodeled beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.
  
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Customer service at the front desk/checkin was definitely lacking

The property location is great, the Unit itself was nice and as advertised, but the common areas of this property are showing their age/wear. Great view from the deck. Checkin process - people at the desk were not very friendly, and wristband policy seems ridiculous for adults.

Pictures are deceiving. Lack of attention to detail.

Although the location and views are very good, the unit itself was not exactly as shown or described. The chair in the living room was broken and had to be replaced (apparently the owner of this unit has several more where another well worn chair was acquired). The stove not only is not level, the lower drawer falls out and must be wrestled back into place. The sink was dripping constantly but the gaudy faucet and sprayer were such that turning it completely off was near impossible. Carpeting is stained. The bed has a huge hump in the middle. Sleeper sofa is uncomfortable just to sit upon. We enjoyed our stay in Chelan but were not impressed with this VRBO.

Great little place right on the Lake!

For us the size of the room was perfect. Just enough room for all of us to eat and sleep and we spent the rest of the day on the lake! Clean, well kept. Already booked another reservation for here in a few weeks!
