Welcome to your home away from home!! This condo sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland and the golf course. Please call with any questions 8595091288. It's located within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, 6 dedicated Pickleball courts, 2 Tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground.

Enter from the covered open-air side porch with lakefront and golf course view and where rest and relaxation are about to begin! The family room has beautiful views of the lake, a modern cozy wood-burning fireplace, a 55' LED TV, L shaped full sofa, and 2 chairs. A well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a large island that seats 6, and a 5-person dining room table, wet bar area perfect for entertaining! The open-air side porch features seating for 2 and leads to another deck area with a 4 burner gas grill. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a walk-in closet. The master bath features a double granite vanity and 2 shower head tile shower. The guest room features a queen-size golf course view and a large walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom features a queen-size bed overlooking the lake and a large walk-in closet. The guest bath features a modern tiled bathtub/shower and granite vanity.
While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18-hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. There is a mechanical boat launching facility at the resort. A recently renovated log cabin with restrooms, covered picnic tables, a fire pit, and charcoal grills are available for large gatherings. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida. Security video/audio recording camera located at the front door.

Woodson Bend

The unit was very nice and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to have a dinner with friends. I would recommend this unit to everyone. The owner needs to check the drainage of both showers and the right sink in master was unusable because of broken drain stopper. Everything else was awesome. We plan to return.

Great Rental! Mostly Handicap Accessible...

The property was expertly cleaned and very well maintained. The lake view from the dining room/conversation area is very nice. One member of our party has mobility issues: she uses a Rollator/walker for short stretches and we push her in a wheelchair for longer distances. The furniture here is large and, in some cases, poorly positioned to allow access. To get into the front door we had to move a heavy end table, then roll one wheel up onto the fireplace skirt. We had planned to put our handicapped party member in the Master Bedroom, but the narrow opening of the second doorway into the toilet/shower there prevented it. Only the middle bedroom and main bathroom would work for her. There was only one path we could use to transport her to the conversation area. That being said, our party very much enjoyed our stay. This is a first-class rental and we would love to stay here again in the future. Kudos for the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr. Brown at the security gate. He was right: Eubanks Pizza was a great choice. :-)
