About this property

Fishing, hiking, and more easily accessed from this unique home away from home!

Just 13 miles from Bozeman...Like nothing you've seen before!!!!! What appears to be rustic from the outside, turns out to be a very modern/eclectic home on the inside. It has everything you'd expect from a fully furnished VRBO unit. There is a 14 foot high glass garage door that can be opened to bring the outdoors in. The main living space also spills outside when the 8 foot high garage door is open to connect to the patio and outdoor BBQing area. Kitty corner from Stacey's Old Faithful Bar (one of the best steak joints in Montana), 2 blocks from the Blue Ribbon waters of the Gallatin River, 30 Miles to Big Sky, 32 Miles to Bridger Bowl, 77 Miles to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. You can book this home any day of the year and be in the middle of all the action.

If you're interested in a guided fly fishing trip to anywhere in SW Montana you should contact Ryan Eisfeldt at 3D Flyfishing!
Need more room for your group? We can accommodate 7 more guests! Simply check out our adjoining property, Slabtown Farmhouse #1426413 and book both places for a great experience together in this quaint setting!

Everything we wanted and more!
This cute and cozy property had all the amenities we could have asked for - firepit, picnic table, fenced in private yard, fantastic kitchen, washer dryer, clean everything...PLUS it was walking distance to great fly fishing and a yummy restaurant! We had such a wonderful time that (except for 1 night out) we decide to cook our own meals hang by the firepit instead of going out every night!

Consistently the BEST!
This was our fourth or fifth time at Ed's. Wouldn't even look for a different VRBO in the area. If Ed's is booked we change our dates. We did however miss ED! Thanks Corinne!!

Loved Hanging with Ed!
Loved our visit to Gallatin Gateway, Bozeman and Big Sky. Super convenient location, fabulous internet (which made it easier to get work done and get out to ski!) and Ed is the most rocking Zoom background ever. Many thanks to Corinne for a fantastic stay (and having the place all warm and toasty for us when we arrived in crazy subzero temps). Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen, the chance to shower in sunshine (literally) made this visit a blast. Dog loved the yard (she chased bunnies, but didn’t catch any). Pro tip - get your groceries in Bozeman as there’s not a whole lot super close (which we knew). And YES, make time to go by Stacey’s for good food and good drink. About 40m to Big Sky on dry roads (and it is a lovely drive that goes by quick). Would be great for two couples (although it was just the two of us).

Best of the Best
This was our 4th stay at Ed's Place. Love the winter time, wood burning stove with endless wood supply, so cozy. This place has everything we need and a great house for dogs!
