INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
The main level is the heart of "One Big Holiday" where the open space begs for everyone to gather. The inviting decor and relaxing color scheme are sure to bring you back year after year! The open living room, with a super plush sectional that is accented with charming throw pillows is the spot to be after a long day at the beach. The main level is complete with dining table seating 10, 50" TV and powder room.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
If the outdoors is where you want to be even after the beach, this home has a large screened in porch area off of the dining room. This porch offers you extended living space with a second table with seating for 6 and bar stools lining the bar top with pass-thru windows to the kitchen (makes serving the kids a breeze) and a sectional, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. This space makes great for rainy days too, whip up some snacks and sit down at the table to play a game of cards with the family.

In Beachwalk Resort overlooking the Sandcastle Playground, just a short golf cart ride or walk to the beach.

PARKING
Parking for 2 cars in front of the home. Please do NOT park in the sand. Nearby overflow parking for extra cars.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

RENTAL PERIOD
One Big Holiday rents Sunday to Sunday, mid-June through mid-August. Short stays welcome for all other available dates. Perfect rental for all season's getaways and holidays. Excellent rental for your out-of-town guests.
