Typical Basque house perfect for holidays close to the ocean and the mountains and in a peaceful setting.
House of 150 m2 with a large living room, fitted kitchen, living room, dining room.
It consists of four bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 children's room with bunk bed and single beds.
Upstairs play area and TV room.
Two bathrooms, one with large walk-in shower, 2 sinks, one toilet and another with bath and shower, 2 sinks, one toilet
+ 1 WC serving the common area downstairs
Master bedroom and adjoining bathroom completely renovated with beautiful materials
Large garden with secure swimming pool.
Garage and electric gate.
The house is five minutes from the first beach. We are about 10 minutes from downtown Biarritz and 10 'from downtown St Jean de Luz.
