If you love the beach and town Mamitas condo is your place, 3 minutes walk to the famous Mamita's Beach with it's world known Mamita's Beach Club. Mamitas offers a great private pool, gated entry and it's one block off the main 28th Street, which makes it very quiet, but still just few minutes to Mamita's Beach Club, hundreds shops and restaurants along famous 5th Ave. This 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped for your comfortable stay.Master bedroom is huge with king size bed, walking closet and big private bathroom. Living room with flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, huge terrace with patio furniture and BBQ grill . Secondary bedroom has a king size bed as well.

**Electricity fee is not included in stays more than 28 nights. Set price per kWh: $7.30 pesos. A deposit will be collected upon arrival**
