Close to freeways and easy to get to everything! 2 bedrooms (king/queen) each with private bath and ample closet space/hangers. Kitchen with amenities (full sized fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes/silverware/glassware). Enjoy the private patio off master with patio furniture for morning coffee! Walk around the neighborhood and stop at one of two community pools for a dip or enjoy an evening hot-tub. TV in living room with comfortable seating- cable & internet/wifi for your use! Reserved covered parking space (one) plus ample uncovered spaces. Full sized washer/dryer in unit for guest use. Check in at 3pm; checkout at 11am unless otherwise requested and approved. Close to the 101 freeway, I-17, 51/Piestewa freeway, Desert Ridge Marketplace, grocery, Costco, restaurants, sports arenas...25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Long term rentals only; please inquire.

Very nice clean comfy condo

This was our 1st vacation rental experience and everything went great at the condo. Very clean and cozy. Very good wifi and tv selections. Perfect for 4 people.

Nice apartment with wonderful management!

Nice apartment with wonderful management! Had a great time with a perfect location right off of the 101 and 17. Could get to the whole area with multiple traffic avoidance options should there ever be any. Everything was great. And the washer and dryer in the apartment was a really nice feature!
