Cozy Family Time

We enjoyed our stay at Snow King. The condo was cozy and spacious. Very clean and stocked with the basics. There are grocery stores nearby to purchase anything you made need.

Amazing location

Such good location for small children! Within walking distance is skiing, ice skating, snow roller coaster, pool/jacuzzi, and arcade. We also drove a few minutes to the Elk refuge which was amazing!

Perfect home base

Wanted a Jackson Hole location that was comfortable for my large family. We were able to explore downtown, Yellowstone and many surrounding towns/attractions with ease. This unit gave us all the comforts of my home- full kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy beds, etc. Would definitely rent again

Under NO circumstances whatsoever would I recommend renting through this company - any of their properties. Our experience at Snow King was stressful and far from advertised and they will not take any action to rectify it, simply blaming it on Snow King front desk. Apparently they think it is appropriate for the resort to use your personal information - phone number, name, where you are staying and allow someone to call and ask if they can show the place to potential buyers while you are there. They will pressure you while saying you have the right to say no. I also have the right to be left alone and know that my privacy will be respected.What was supposed to be luxurious and relaxing was instead cabinets full of dirty dishes, no linens for the fold out couch, no blankets, a non functioning coffee maker, poorly stocked kitchen, and hours of no effort to make it right despite call after call. Leave Town will take your money and do nothing to make it right, claiming they have "no control" over Snow King. Snow King will lie and say they responded immediately. Well that's enough of a reason to avoid - why would I pay to have a rental agency have zero control over my experience??Based on my experience, I'm expecting a response to this stating everything was rectified immediately and it's more of Snow King and Leave Town refusing to take responsibility for anything. They lie, 8 of us are aware of the actual response times and the actual handling of it.

Only problem was furniture is pretty worn out. Couch needs to be replaced. Garbage location could be explained better. It was extremely difficult to control heat/air. Place was very clean and roomy and we enjoyed our time there

Annual ski trip

The property was accurate to listing. The property was two adjoining units resulting in multiple sets of the amenities listed. This condo at snow king resort was a great staging ground for exploring the Jackson hole area. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

It Got Better

After a very difficult start with our reservation being lost, the property manager did a nice job of making everything right. A strong response on their part was necessary, but very much appreciated.

Ski trip.

The property was great. The condo offered enough room and baths so none of us felt on top of each other. Because it was winter and they are breaking record snowfall, it was a bit too far to walk downtown. Taxis are $45 for two minutes downtown and Uber is scarce but worth the wait. The Snow King resort is great offering shuttles to JHMR, and they picked us up and dropped off at the condo. We would stay again for sure.

They were having staffing issues at the time I visited and weren't responsive. From what I understand (and like I said it wasn't explained to me), it's really two separate 1 bedroom condos, so I guess the couches make for "8". Vehicles: no parking on the street and the building parking might be problematic if you have a bicycle/canoe/storage on your roof. Finally they had complicated clean up rules and you get charged a lot if you don't follow. The place would work for certain types of people willing to pay the price and wanting a nice condo, but personally I wouldn't stay there again.

Great, just needs a little care.

There are many great things about this property. Great location and 2 reserved parking direcrly under the unit with an elevator. It is spacious and perfect for two families. Beds are super comfy. What they don't mention is that this is two units with an door between that can be left open..no problem for us though. Our unit's kitchen was poorly stocked with low end supplies and no untensils appropriate for non stick pans, nothing to scrub or dry with. Nothing but salt and pepper. So bring EVERYTHING if you plan on cooking. We called the front desk asking for sponges and hand towels but they never arrived. Finally, the hot tub is not sized for the demand and gets totally mobbed. Hearing side talk, it apppears that it is frequented by people not even staying in the hotel and we did not need to use our key card to get in and out. There was literally a point where no more bodies would fit. Our condo was a short walk, but too long to go in a towel and there is one single bathroom where we could change and was always in use. They were always out of towels, so bring your own.

One of the room smelled like urine upon entering in the condo. We had a very upsetting experience with this property/host. When we raised concerns, the host did not respond at all — only VRBO reached out. Instead of resolving the matter, the situation escalated into an argument, and shockingly, the management called the police on us. This was stressful, unprofessional, and ruined our stay. I would not recommend this property. We were told if they did not resolve they would refund but now turning their tone on us. When called and complained to the front desk the person who answered said this is not the first time they have received this complaint about urine smell. Was not willing to do anything about it.

Our condo was huge and had amazing views! And the parking situation was fantastic. Close to everything in town. The main lobby and restaurant are almost brand new. Would definitely stay here again.

This place worked out very well for us, although I do believe you need to mention that they do not have an elevator. Also, it’s listed as a three bedroom. The third bedroom is a Murphy bed. I think that should also be mentioned other than that. It was a great location.
