Sehr schönes Appartement in sehr schöner Lage.

Das gemieteten Appartement gehört zu einem sehr schön in die Landschaft eingefügten und mediteran bepflanzen Komplex aus verschachtelt gebauten netten kleinen Häusle um das Hotel Alivi herum, zu dem es gehört. Obwohl "nur" ein Appartement, wenngleich recht gross, man ist weitestgehend für sich. Die Gebäude sind relativ neu renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir einen Korkenzieher oder eine Grillzange oder ein Bügelbrett (Eisen vorhanden) nicht gefunden haben, was angesichts der üppigen Infrastruktur mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, sehr grossem Elektrogrill, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster ...., nicht ins Gewicht fällt. Der Pool für die Apps (nicht der Hotelpool) ist gross und sehr schön, über die Straße, mit Code zugänglich. Unterhalb des Hotels, etwa 100-150m entfernt, ein eingezäunter Parkplatz, mit Code für das Tor. Die Hälfte der Plätze ist durch Bäume beschattet. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und leger. Die Beschreibung der Anreise im Onlineinserat ist, was die letzten Meter angeht, allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Wenn man nicht weiss, dass das App zum Hotel Alivi gehört, findet man zwar die enge und steile Zufahrt zur Marina di Santa Giulia, aber wo genau die Anlage und der Checkin sein soll, bleibt offen. Und eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht. Ansonsten hatte unser App eine kleine Terasse mit Sitzplatz davor, überdacht. Von dort sieht man in der Tat den Ausgang der Bucht und in der Ferne Sardinien. In der anderen Richtung ein schöner Blick auf die Berge. Zum Strand, eine sehr schöne kleine Bucht, mit runden Felsen teilweise natürlich! abgegrenzt, kristallklarem Wasser, ohne Boote, flach abfallend, wie ein Luxusnaturschwimmbecken, geht man ca. 800m bergab, Gehweg vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es sehr wenige, am besten vor 9 Uhr oder nach 16 Uhr., ansonsten 200m vom Strand ein Parkplatz für 5 EUR am Tag, unbewacht. 600m bergab ein kleiner Laden mit leger gehandhabten Öffnungszeiten, was heisst, kann sein, er macht früher zu und später auf. Kleine Boutique für Strandbedarf, Reinigung, Café und Restaurants und Imbisse, teilweise am Ende der Straße am Wasset, teilweise beim Laden. Gibt sogar ein Restaurant mit 1 Michelinstern, wo wir aber nicht waren. Checkout ist übrigens 12 Uhr, sehr angenehm. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

L’appartamento con tutti i confort lavastoviglie lavatrice aria condizionata , pulito. Peccato la distanza dal mare circa 900 metri in salita e non in piano , comunque ci siamo spostati in spiagge molto belle nelle vicinanze Consiglio comunque l’appartamento perché molto ben curato e silenzioso e ottima vista dalla terrazza

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Santa Giulia. L'appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking de l'hôtel à proximité. Expérience à renouveler dans cette magnifique région.

Bel appartement conforme à la description qui en est faite. Bel environnement seul la proximité de la route qui mène à la plage et au reste du Domaine génère quelques nuisances (mais nous sommes habitués à un très grand calme). Belle piscine collective. Marie a été très réceptive à nos demandes et réactives. Allez y ! C'est magnifique

La Sig.ra Marie ci ha riservato un'ottima accoglienza, grazie! L'appartamento non ha nulla da invidiare ad una suite di un albergo 4**** , arredato con gusto e biancheria di ottima qualità , teli ed accappatoi morbidissimi! Posizione ottima, 5' a piedi e sei a Santa Giulia 5' di auto e sei a Palombaggia! Terrazza fantastica con vista sul golfo di Santa Giulia , non è però godibile a mezzogiorno , andrebbe completata con una tenda. Se ci sarà occasione ritorneremo sicuramente !
