You're less than a 5 minute walk to the local Breckenridge Market and south Main St. Kick back and relax and enjoy this condo equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation.

The Space:
Catch a great nights rest with a memory foam Queen master bed and a pull out sofa for your second guest, if needed. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, the living room TV equipped with a Chromecast, and coin laundry available in the building.

The courtyard offers a shared BBQ for ultimate summer delight!

The Neighborhood:
Nearby Carter Park offers tennis, soccer, volleyball fields, a sledding hill, dog-friendly play area & heated picnic shelter. Follow the steps near the Carter Park trailhead for panoramic views of the Tenmile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort. The distance to the top is easier measured in yards rather than miles, so this is a great short-on-time option. Carter Park is one of several popular town trailheads that provide access to a vast network of town and county trails, so if this short hike just isn’t enough, continue south on the Hermit Placer Trail and loop back via Jack’s Cruel Joke (careful, it’s steep!) and Sunbeam.

Getting Around:
This unit is easy for walking to and from town. One parking spot is available behind the building. The Breck Free Ride Purple Route picks up on Washington & Harris. Uber is also in town!

HOA rules prohibit more than 2 guests in the unit.

Cozy means small

Remember if property is advertised as "cozy" this means "small" in advertspeak. But in this case, I think, it is big enough for 2 persons. It is a one bedroom apartment. Cons: no dishwasher, 3rd floor of the open air walkup apartment building (so if you, like me, are from low flat lands you will feel it). patches of mold in the bathroom (this was mentioned by other guests, apparently no action by the host) bed mattress is not great parking can be iffy - no reserved parking for the appartment. for me it was a first - they requested me to upload a picture of my Driver's License (or passport would do). I did not like that at all. I uploaded the picture of the DL but I grayed out all PII data. I have no idea how they store/dispoise of these data. I have been renting in the area since 2010 - never had to do it. Pros: Location is good - Adams & Harris. Not too close (would have cost more) and not too far. Walking distance from Quicksilver superchair lift to peak 9. Properly provisioned (in terms of pots&pans cutlery etc.) Walls are thin, but neighbours were quiet. Communication is good. Summary: this property would have been fantastic value if they installed dishwasher.

Peaceful Breckenridge Stay!

This place was a wonderful and quiet place to stay during our trip here! The space was just big enough for my boyfriend and I. Everything was clean and kept up well. The link we were given to access information made everything so easy, and I never had the need to reach out for questions! Also, super quick and easy walk to Main St, maybe 5 min. 100% recommend this stay for 2 people! *note: there is only one couch in the living space, and it seats two so I wouldn’t recommend this as a spot for someone to sleep if you have more that 2 people in your group!

Perfect location

Walking distance to downtown, no worries about parking. Clean fresh blankets, comfortable mattress, lots of kitchen amenities. Grocery store 1 block away!! Highly recommend a couple to stay here!

Solo ski trip

The owners were very understanding with my confusion, but the address listed took me to a house rather than the property. The owners didn't understand that was my confusion. When I finally got to the property, the picture online of the building and the door were different colors and therefor I was still unsure if I was at the correct property. The majority of this property was very clean and accommodating but there was rust on the shower rings and mildew/ mold on the shower curtain. It was a simple walk to downtown as well as to the lifts for Peak 9. Overall, I would recommend this as a good place to stay on a budget.

Quiet getaway

I was able to book the property last minute rather easily. Although I wanted to be close to the main street I didn't want to have to deal with traffic noises and this ended up being a perfect location within walking distance but still a rather quiet area. I did have issues with the provided fan (it was unseasonably warm when I stayed). However the next day the property manager checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and I was able to request a second fan easily that was delivered while I was out. Overall a great, low frills experience.
