This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a perfect ski base camp for families or groups of up to four. The living area has a large flat-screen TV with and a stunning wood fireplace. You can open the sliding glass door to let the cool mountain air flow through the condo or sit on the patio just outside the door. The full kitchen features granite counters, updated stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear need to whip up amazing mountain meals! The dining room table has room for four.

You also have access to a shared laundry room and heated garage. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Your need to inform guest what door goes to their unit. Also that the garage code opens the front and side door. You need to include a map of the property so you know where things are located. The place need 3 or 5 washers & dryers. The unit 9 needs more utensils ( knifes, forks & spoons). Some more pots & pans and bowls with lids. There are an over supply of glasses and cups. The sliding patio door Need a Lock!! The location is great

Great stay

The condo is great for two people hitting the slopes or downtown breck. Under 1/4 mile from the gold line which runs to the gondola and other peaks at breck. Also under 1/4 mile from shops, food, and grocery stores. Parking in a garage is convenient and secure. Pull out couch could use a mattress pad and it stay pretty hot in the condo. Washer/dryer down the hall is coin operated which sucks but overall super great place

We weren't able to stay because we had a family emergency that forced us to cancel the trip. The cancelation policy didn't allow us to cancel though, so the reservation stayed in place even though i notified the property management and we never stepped foot on the property. My 3 star rating is based solely on the aggravation of notifying them of our family tragedy and them continually texting me about the reservation despite being reminded that we canceled.

Please be more specific as to where the garage is located and it can only be accessed on Jefferson. Please be more specific as to where the key code box is located for the garage. The front door and key pad was difficult to use. Door had to be held shut tightly to get the dead bolt to work. The code was 10 digits. That’s just too long.

This condo could not have been in a better location! Although the decor and furnishings were pretty outdated, the unit was surprisingly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, too. The 10-digit combination to the front door seemed unnecessarily long, when the combination for the main door and the garage was only four digits. The unit was fairly quiet, unless there were people staying above us, in which case we could hear every footstep, day or night. But for the price of this rental, it was still worth it.

Didn’t have the best experience. We arrived and the door was unlocked and was never given the code. I had to spend 20 mins on the phone to get the code while my 4 month old was crying. Then the tenants above was making so much noise all night we couldn’t sleep, then they turned off the water without telling us after it was already done, then a sign was put on the doors saying we had to take our car out of the garage for a cleaning and were not accommodating to find us a spot close by, I had to call the HOA to figure it out. Was not a relaxing trip like it was supposed to be. Very disappointed.

Reviewer Comments: Good place, good location, very convenient to access peak 9, great restaurants around the block, grocery store less than two minutes, and very convenient to walk main street. Complex was loud, neighbor was coughing all the time, making hard to sleep, beds were horrible, there was no way to get a good rest at night, same as chairs and stuff that were poor quality. If it wasn’t for the price and good location, I wouldn’t give any point to his apartment, but Breckenbridge is expensive, so this might not be all to ignore.

Good location but not much else.

The location was great, but that’s the only positive comment. The condo is in desperate need of updates, and the carpet appears to be the original, thus needing replacement. The bed is awful and needs a new mattress. Worst of all was the bedroom (if it can even legally be called one). Without a window, it’s a fire hazard and prevents air from flowing through the room. It is very small and was always hot—even with two fans constantly running. If we had known about the poor condition of the property and the lack of a bedroom window, we would have picked another location, but these details were conveniently omitted from the listing.
