You’re just steps away from shopping, dining and exciting nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street. This ultra-cool unit is located just behind La Cima Mall, less than one block from the ski shuttle and just a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Chair. You won’t find a more fun location for your group!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is an ideal setup for groups of up to four. The remodeled interior is breathtaking, and so are the views of from your private balcony! After a long day on the slopes, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a dining table that seats four for breakfast, snacks or even a nice dinner if should you decide to stay in instead of exploring Breck’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Other amenities include: a washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

Location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge! Plus, it’s within steps of the brewery! Property was just as advertised. Unfortunately the weather was warmer than expected, so we did not get to take advantage of the fireplace. The property management team was great! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PRO- Location! Loved being able to be on main street within a minute of walking outside the condo. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and hear music from the restaurants right in front of us- it didn't go very late, maybe 8 or 9. Parking for the condo was great with the spot right outside. The condo was clean. I always do an extra wipe down when we stay anywhere, but this place was in good shape. Cons- One set of blinds in the family room and the bedroom are broken. We let the property mgmt know and they would have come over to fix it, but we said it can be fixed after. Some wear and tear on walls and doors, but that is it. Biggest suggestion is getting a blind/curtain on the front door. The bedroom door was sticky closing and opening so we left it open, but the front door not having any covers was odd.
