Perfect for a couple on a ski trip! Loved having the full kitchen to cook a hot meal after a long day on the slopes. Everything is super close by, and the good route shuttle up to Peak 7 & 8 picks up right out front. We would stay here again!

The condo was great. Very clean, amazingly convenient location, and the owner provided great instructions. Only things that made it not perfect for us was that it was not enough space for three adults (were our child smaller maybe). The bathroom was tiny and the main bedroom, while having a wonderful king bed, the bed took up the entire room - which I assume is why there is no dresser to store clothes - we ended up living out of our suitcases. Again if it is just two people, it was perfection.

The location couldn’t be better. It’s truly ski in/ski out and it’s very centrally-located to all of Breck’s best restaurants.

A perfect stay, great location , on site dining handy and Kim the owner well organized and she responded quickly as needed. The washer/ dryer was a godsend! Only a few suggestions: very little storage for longer stay visitors [ maybe would convert dead space in master closet with shelves and hangers and 2ndly, we are an older couple in our 70s, so some non skip treads in the shower floor would be great! We would definitely stay again.

The condo was nice, clean and the kichen had stables and all the utensils you would need. The location was great. I knew there was a restaurant on site but not mentioned, it was directly below. They had radio music piped outside till 10 pm. You couldnt enjoy the sounds of nature or the river

Everything was removed from the property to the drywall, and all new deluxe finishes installed. It's absolutely beautiful, riverside, and mountain views located in the heart of Breckenridge - so I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I love living here!
