The location was great. Ski in directly off of the 4 O'clock run and a short walk to the gondola. Less than a 5 minute walk to main street. The location is pretty easy to get anywhere.The condo was great. Plenty of room for our family or 3 and could easily hold more. The description of the property is accurate and so are the pictures.

The location is fantastic and the condo is as described. Bed sheets left quite a bit to be desired as all 3 beds had hair under the covers. 1 bed had a fitted sheet that was too small for the bed. Not that management can control this, but noise from neighbors was very loud both next door and above. Could’ve been a great spot but didn’t quite fit what we wanted.

My wife and two girls and I only stayed here two nights on our summer trip but we loved everything about this place! Perfect location, beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable beds, fantastic views and the sound of the rushing creek below was a bonus. I will absolutely rent this place again!

The condo is great! The beds were comfortable, and rooms have individual thermostats.There is storage for skis, and the bus to various ski areas is a stones throw from the parking lot. Christy's ski rental is across the stret. Main street is a short walk. We loved it!
We had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights as WFH/vacation! The house is beautifully-decorated and includes an open kitchen/family room area with a HUGE working island, dining room table with seating for 8, and a deck with mountain views. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We appreciated the proximity to Main Street restaurants/shopping and the City Market. The elevator helped during check in and out and parking was convenient right in front of the building. We loved staying in this home!

4 o clock run even for snowboarders worked for us right up to the rental

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is awesome for enjoying Main Street and easy access to tons of trails nearby. Great views from all the windows! There were a few things that came in super handy--the covered parking for when it snowed, all the extra supplies in the kitchen, and there was plenty of hot water in the nicely updated bathrooms for us four dirty hikers. We only had two issues--the beds weren't very comfortable and two of the windows need to be replaced because they leak in lots of cold air. Neither of these things would make me hesitate rebooking though.

We had a lovely time on our vacation to Breckenridge and the location of our VRBO was very convenient to town and the slopes. The positives: location, cleanliness, lovely decor and fully stocked kitchen. Negatives: we were locked out of our room randomly three times and left in the cold until we could get someone out to help us, our communication with the management company was very inconsistent (could have been worse because I we were there during a holiday), the elevator wasn’t working half the time so we constantly walked up three flights of stairs with luggage and ski equipment, and the parking garage is very old and doesn’t have space for modern large four wheel drive vehicles.
This rental was amazing. So much so that we are considering rebooking the exact same unit next summer as well! The unit itself is centrally located (4 min. walk to the main square, 1 min. walk to the free bus stop, 8 min. walk to the gondola, etc.). But the real selling point is the comfort of the unit itself. Nearly everything was newly updated. From the large king in the master, the two queens in the second bedroom, the amazing showers and kitchen area... it was all just wonderful. While the building itself was older, the updates in this unit feel high end are made our trip even more relaxing! We also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, post/pans, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, mixing bowls, etc. We stayed 5 days, made breakfast daily and some dinners in the flat, and all was easy and well appointed. Wish we could have stayed even longer!

The property was clean and location was fabulous. The only negatives I had was that we did not have a parking pass in the condo as we were told we would. When I contacted the host they told me to go to the office to talk to them. With us being on a short time schedule and trying to ski all we could while there, I didn't feel like that was my responsibility to go get a parking pass when one should have been in the condo as the directions said it would be. Also, we could never get the ski locker door to lock back, there was a broken drawer in the kitchen, and a heater on the wall in the kitchen that was laying in the floor. I would have thought these things could have been easily fixed before we showed up. Other than that, the place was great. The location was fabulous.
We arrived on Thursday before the holiday weekend and glad we did, the town as well as the condo building got a lot more crowded by Saturday. The unit was clean and recently remodeled, all new appliances as well. The kitchen was good for cooking breakfast, we went out every night for dinner. You can ski back to the unit by taking 4'oclock run the whole way down, but you will need to take the bus (stop is right out front of the building) or walk to the gondola (5 to 10 min walk). One annoyance that needs to be addressed, the ceiling fan / light fixture in both bedrooms seem to be wirelessly controlled. When you press the button on the wall in one room, it turns on/off both rooms. The lights also turn off automatically after about 30 minutes.

Great newly remodeled ski out condo. Condo is close to town, ski rentals and the bus loops. We’ve stayed in this place 3 times now. Condo has a nice Mountain View from the bedroom side. Property management is very responsive to any concerns. It’s a great updated condo for any family ski trip.
