About this property

Private Hot Tub - Walk to Lift & Town - Perfect for Groups - Private Garage

You found it! Location, location, location. Park the car and leave it, walk to the lifts and Main Street, then come home from Main Street and sleep without the late-night noise.

Welcome to Slope & Stroll Chalet, where the people you came with are the reason the space works so well. The oversized wrap-around sectional fits the whole crew, the bar gives everyone a natural gathering spot, and your private hot tub is waiting outside. Whether it's a bachelorette weekend, ski trip with friends, family holiday, or simply a group that wants to be together, this home was made for it.

The Place Everyone Ends Up -
You'll head out in the morning—boots on, walk to the lift, everything easy. But what makes Slope & Stroll different is what happens when you come home.

Someone pours drinks at the bar. Someone turns on the big screen. A few people head for the hot tub. Eventually everyone ends up back around that enormous sectional sharing stories from the day.

No one is scattered across separate rooms or trying to find another chair.

That's what this home does especially well—it brings everyone together.

Your Private Hot Tub -
After skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, or exploring Main Street, step onto the deck and into your own private hot tub.

No sharing with other guests, no walking across the property in a robe, and no waiting for room. Grab a drink, step outside, and soak on your group's schedule.

And when you're ready to head back inside, the bar, fireplace, big screen, and sectional are waiting.

Everyone Gets a Real Bed -
After a full day—and perhaps a full night on Main Street—everyone has a real place to sleep.

No pullout couches here.

The primary suite offers a king bed, vaulted ceiling, and jetted tub for a long soak after skiing. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third combines a queen with two twins.

It's a sleeping arrangement that works particularly well for groups because everyone gets an actual bed and a place to recharge before tomorrow.

Your Private Heated Garage -
Your private heated garage keeps your vehicle protected from the weather and provides secure storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and mountain gear. You'll also have an additional reserved parking space.

Of course, once you've arrived, you may not have much reason to move the car.

Breckenridge Without the Car -
Peak 9, the Quicksilver Lift, ski school, Main Street, restaurants, shopping, après-ski, and nightlife are all within an easy walk.

And for a group, that freedom matters even more.

The early skiers can head for first chair. Someone else can sleep in. Half the group can shop while the others stay on the mountain. Go to different restaurants. Meet for drinks later. Head home whenever you're ready.

Nobody has to organize everyone around the same car, schedule, parking spot, or designated driver.

Then walk home from Main Street and sleep away from the late-night noise.

More Ways to Relax -
Guests also have access to the shared amenities, including outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, game room, and gathering spaces.

So even with a larger group, everyone doesn't have to spend every minute doing the same thing.

Your Colorado Host -
As a Colorado native and lifelong skier, climber, hiker, biker, and traveler, I love sharing what I know about Breckenridge and the Rockies. Whether your group needs restaurant recommendations, ski advice, activities, scenic drives, or ideas for tomorrow's adventure, I'm happy to share what I've learned from a lifetime exploring Colorado.

I host the way I like to be hosted—with intention, quality, and no cut corners. You'll find I'm easily reachable when you need me while understanding that this is your holiday.

Think of me as your Rocky Mountain Guide—here when needed, invisible when not.

Why Groups Choose Slope & Stroll Chalet -
• Made for Groups — a home where everyone can actually spend time together
• Private Hot Tub — your group's own après-ski soak on the deck
• Huge Wrap-Around Sectional — seating that actually fits the crew
• Bar + Big Screen — a natural gathering place when everyone comes home
• Everyone Gets a Real Bed — no sleeper sofas or assigning someone the couch
• Walk to Lifts & Main Street — park the car and experience Breckenridge on foot
• Freedom for the Group — everyone can come and go without coordinating transportation
• Private Heated Garage — protected parking and secure gear storage
• Additional Reserved Parking — convenient for groups arriving separately
• King Primary Suite + Jetted Tub — a quiet retreat when you're ready to recharge
• Hot Tubs, Steam Room, Fitness Center & Game Room
• Colorado-Native Host — local knowledge when you want it

Slope & Stroll Chalet is where a Breckenridge trip becomes a group trip. Ski together or separately, walk into town, come home when you're ready, pour some drinks, step into the private hot tub, and eventually find everyone back around that huge sectional talking about the day.

This was the perfect place for our quick little mountain getaway. Clean, quiet, and beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We didn't even get in the car again once we arrived, since we were so close to town and trails. I only wish we had more time to enjoy it! We would definitely stay here again. Our host communicated clearly and accurately and we loved every minute of our stay.

The property is amazing. This 3 bed 3 bath is great for small and large groups, plenty of room to hangout in the morning and after a day of being on the mountain. It’s a quick walk to peak 9, downtown, and there’s a gas at station right behind it for quick things.

Great stay! Everything from booking to checkout was super smooth. Location can’t be beat. Easy walk to quicksilver superchair for the mountains and super close to everything on Main Street. We walked everywhere but Freeride bus is just outside the complex gate if needed. Unit was super clean and stocked with everything you could possible need for cooking in. Brand new hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Communication was great with the host. Checked in the whole trip to see if we needed anything. Gave us everything from rental discounts to restaurant recommendations and best happy hours! Highly recommend!

First, I would like to share the experience working with Kirk. He was very responsive to our questions, extremely timely with getting back to us, an honest, friendly host -- actually one the best host I have worked with in the past 10-15 years. He is phenomenal.Regarding the condo itself -- very nice, appointed condo with everything one would need during your stay. High-quality finishes, desirable amenities, stylish decor, and modern appliances. Location is perfect if you are looking for ease of skiing, dining and shopping. The activities area of the condo (games room, work-out area, steam room) adds much to the experience.Would highly recommend this property and Kirk to family and friends.

I don't know if I can blush, but I will try... Thank you for the extremely kind words. I know travel is an investment in memories and I work hard to make sure your investment with me is a good one. I've traveled the world and expect a certain level of quality and hospitality and am now sharing it with fantastic guests like you! You guys were great all the way around. Communication, flexibility, and respect. My kind of folks so please come back and visit us again. Cheers - Kirk

About the host

Host profile image

As a Colorado native who grew up skiing, climbing, hiking, and exploring nearly every corner of this state—and many others around the globe—I’ve spent a lifetime chasing adventure and appreciating comfort. From ski runs in the Alps to high-end hotels in Dubai, I’ve seen what true hospitality looks like, and I bring that mindset to every detail of your stay.

Before entering the business world, I worked as a chef, bartender, and waiter, which taught me firsthand how to create exceptional guest experiences. I host the way I like to be hosted—with intention, quality, and no cut corners. The Breckenridge Mountain View Getaway is a reflection of that. I’m proud to host this home base with fellow travelers and help guide your family to unforgettable memories in Breckenridge and beyond.

Why they chose this property

Location is everything. I chose this particular spot because it offers the best of both worlds—just a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street, yet far enough from the core to avoid the late-night crowd noise. It’s tucked on the south edge of town, which means quieter nights, quicker trail access, and the rare luxury of not needing a car. I park in the heated garage and step into adventure from my front door. It reminds me of ski towns in Europe—walkable, beautiful, and built for freedom.

What makes this property unique

Freedom and flexibility. That’s what sets The Slope and Stroll Chalet apart. With lifts, town, and trails just steps away, there’s no need for rigid group schedules or meet-up points. You can head out early to catch the fresh powder while others sleep in, join each other when it fits, or peel off at your own pace. Whether you're out chasing snow or curled up in the hot tub or sofa with a glass of wine, everyone gets to do their vacation their way.

The space is designed with intention: it's not just about where you stay—it's about how you feel while you're here. Relaxed, recharged, and truly taken care of.
