Second bedroom has queen-sized bed and bunk beds. Queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress. Washer & dryer in the condo. Large flat screen TV's. Hot tub is just a few steps away. 2nd time staying here…still perfect

This is the second Christmas we have spent at this property. Great location, garage a big plus, plenty of space and cozy in the living room with fireplace. Looks out on the mountains, easy to walk to dinners in town. Host is very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday getaway

This property is a prime location in Breckinridge. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the Peak 9 lift is a "very" short shuttle ride away. The furnishings are beautiful and this rental had all the comforts of home. We LOVED the hot tub, the fireplace, the views and the radiant heat floors! So cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. We will most definitely be back.

The condo had everything we needed for our Breckenridge visit. Plus it was perfectly located for our family. It was a very short walk into the center of town so we didn't have to worry about parking.

Fantastic Location and Property

We had a great stay at the property. It was as advertised. Close to the village, Peak 9 base and also walkable to downtown Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with lots of room and natural light. The apartment was also well stocked. The best part was our host Debbie who was very knowledgeable on the area and super helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

We highly recommend this property! It was great to be in walking distance to downtown. We loved that it’s an end unit with lots of windows that provided GREAT views of the mountains. We appreciated the radiant heated floors, the comfy beds, and that the unit was well stocked. I had a question the day we arrived and called the host, Debbie. She promptly responded with a solution. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a 5 day ski trip. The unit is as pictured. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We had 4 people and there was plenty of room. The living areas have great views of the mountains and the property was very warm which was great after a long day of skiing. The unit is close enough to walk to the slopes (around 5-10 minutes), just leave your skis at a Breckenridge facility - it can be difficult to carry them from the house to the lifts. Debbie was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and was incredibly patient when we were trying to finalize our travel dates. Would love to come back one day.

Wonderful retreat in Breckenridge

My adult daughter and I escaped the summer heat of Texas for 2 weeks and spent 4 nights in this amazing condo. It was spacious with views of mountains from both the bedrooms and the living/dining room. The balcony was relaxing and we used the fireplace every night. The kitchen is all set up for anything you might want to cook. It's an easy walk to Main Street and everything Breckenridge has to offer. Debbie was so responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat (even though I'm a vegetarian and had to take a few minutes to get past Estes, the Bull Elk - decided we're kindred spirits so all is good!). I can't speak to the convenience of this condo in the winter if you're in Breck to ski but it's a beautiful, spacious condo and I can't say enough good things about it.

Winter Break Trip

We chose this condo because we are beginner skiers and wanted to be near Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift which has access to many great green trails and also so we could easily walk up and down Main Street (the condo is at south end of Main Street). The condo was very clean and cozy for our small family of 2 adults and one child. We the parents had our own bedroom and bathroom and our daughter had her own room and bathroom. We only have one daughter but the room she stayed had full size bed and two bunk beds so this room could easily accommodate several children. We loved that the condo had washer/dryer! Breckenridge had limited dining options during our stay because of covid but thank goodness the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. We picked up groceries in Frisco on our way to Breckenridge but there is a grocery store within walking distance of the condo and there is bigger grocery store on north end of Main Street you can access by using free bus system. Debbie was extremely helpful every step of the way in our process of renting this condo. We had a great time!!

Perfect for our family of 5. Close to several activities we could walk to, and convenient for everything else we had planned. Extremely well stocked with necessities that we typically need to purchase when we check into vacation rentals (trash bags, detergent, toiletries, etc.).

Wonderful Breckenridge!

We chose this location because it could accommodate us and our three adult sons comfortably and we knew from previous trips that the location was near the features we most wanted. Walkability to the downtown area was excellent.

Beautiful condo with the perfect location!

Our family of 5 loved this spacious condo. Such a great location - easy walk to Main Street and Peak 9. Lovely high ceilings, lots of light and plenty of room. We loved having a garage for our car and the hot tub just down the stairs. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and condo, very responsive host

We had a great stay! The property is conveniently located to Main Street and is walkable to the Quicksilver SuperChair (10-15 mins for adults). We carried our ski boots and changed into them at the Maggie, where there are plenty of lockers for stashing snow boots and bags, if needed.The property itself is great - spacious, bright, well-maintained, with mountain views. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, cooking oils, and other staples. The hot tub is super close - just out the door and down a few flights of stairs. The host was also very responsive and helpful - the coffee maker broke during our stay, and she had a new one delivered a few hours later.I'd highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Location and Clean

This has been one of our best condos that we stayed in Breck. It was clean and had plenty of cookware with was a main issue with the other condos. The microwave wasn’t working but the owner was quick to reply and had a new microwave delivered the next day. It was a 10 minute walk to the chairlift although they gave buss service. I’ll stay here again. Thanks Debbie for all of your communication.

Beautiful! We loved the condo. Size was perfect for family of 3 and def. could handle a larger group. Location was also 5 star as you could walk to Main Street and still had views of mountains and all the beautiful trees. Owner was very responsive ! Comfortable, clean, and convenient !!

The Perfect Stay

We loved staying at this condo! Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed and exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently located just minutes from Main Street and Peak 9. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes from the condo that will take you to Peak 8 or 9, but we found it just as easy to walk to the base of Peak 9. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, and having an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor was a nice luxury. Highly recommend this property. We hope to stay again!

Hello from Breckenridge! Being one of the lucky ones as a Colorado Native, I've enjoyed Breckenridge and Summit County since I was just a child. In 2005 my family and I moved to Breckenridge to enjoy all that this wonderful community offers. I'm an avid skier and enjoy both alpine and Nordic skiing. One of my favorite things is volunteering with Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center giving skiing experiences for individuals with disabilities and special needs. In the Summertime you will find me hiking or biking on many of our amazing trails.

As a real estate broker, my relationship with these owners began in 2014 when I was first introduced to these ten owners who met through a college fraternity, and have maintained their friendship through the years.
