Come stay at our spacious condo in the Peak 9 neighborhood. Our condo has recently undergone extensive remodeling and is in 'Almost Brand New' condition. We have stocked our 'Home Away from Home' with everything you should need for a fantastic ski or summer vacation.

Just a short walk from the vibrant Main Street, the property is located at 705 Snowberry Lane, Breckenridge, CO 80424
UNFORTUNATELY, THE POOL AND HOT TUB COMPLEX WILL BE CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE FROM SEPTEMBER 15TH UNTIL OCTOBER 9TH.
Our large two-bedroom, three-full-bath condo is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom, and the second bedroom has two full-size beds and a full bathroom. A comfortable new pull-out couch in the living room provides an additional queen-size bed. Each bathroom features a separate sink and vanity area.
Numerous other amenities include:
* Three full bathrooms (two with tub/shower combos and one with a walk-in shower).
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need.
* Enough paper products to last your entire stay (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, tissues, napkins, and more).
* All of the linens, towels, and bedding are provided
* Front-loading washer and dryer.
* Convenient reserved covered parking directly below the unit.
* A second reserved parking spot is also available.
* Private covered deck with a table and chairs.
* Free high-speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
* Large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs in each room.
* Gas fireplace.
* Numerous board games.
The condo is in a premium location, within walking distance of the ski slopes (5 mins) and all that historic downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, après-ski scene, bike paths, and much more are nearby.
The minimum age for the rental agreement is 25 years. The maximum occupancy is eight (8) persons.
Sorry, but pets are prohibited, and this is a non-smoking facility.

I purchased this condo after spending many days skiing in Breckenridge. My wife and I love the area and enjoy the friendly people and the town. There is so much to do in the area throughout the year.
Why they chose this property
The location of our condo makes it very easy to walk to the slopes, the pool/four outdoor hot tub complex, and to anywhere in town. If anyone in your group decides to take a break during the ski day, it is very easy for them to take the short walk back, and relax.
