Stay in this beautiful, spacious condo and live like a true local in Breckenridge. We're within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and of course Breck's epic mountain slopes. Our rental comes with 2 hot tubs, and sauna, indoor fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with heated slate floors to make this the perfect vacation spot. Featuring easy self check-in, free underground parking garage for 1 vehicle, and even games and toys for the kids -- we've got everything you need!

Guests will also have use of the newly renovated Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs as well. There is a rustic wood fireplace with cut wood supplied in the garage. And last, but not least, when the weather is nice take advantage of the newly renovated outside BBQ with gas grill and beautiful patio.

The space:
- Brand new top of the line Sealy Posturpedic mattresses in bedrooms. These are the same mattresses that the Fairmont uses.
- Upgraded 1200 square foot two-bedroom condo on 3rd floor (with elevator access)
- Sleeps up to 7 people + pack 'n play
- Fully stocked kitchen with heated floor is a chef's dream!
- Private balcony
- Wood burning fireplace (with firewood included)
- Flat screen TV with cable
- Free wireless internet
- Washer and dryer in condo

We are located at the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run; less than 250 yards from the Quicksilver Superchair and two blocks from the gondola to peak 7 and 8. It is just a quick walk to the Snowflake Chair. There is a bus stop right in front of the unit to take you around Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain - ALL FOR FREE! Ski/bike rentals are across the street. And last, but not least, Main St. (downtown) is one block away and it's a very easy walk to explore the town.

We were a 5 minute walk to main street, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to access, communication with quick and prompt from owners. The condo was very clean. We didnt use much in the kitchen but did notice it was fully stocked to make meals. The hot tubs were easily accessible, and very nice.

The location and condo were both wonderful. We enjoyed easy access to the downtown area by walking. The hot tub was a nice feature as well as being able to go swimming. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The floor plan worked well for us. It was nice to have an elevator and the garage parking area. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very close to Peak 9 (5 minute walk) which was ideal for skiing. Also a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, so overall a wonderful find in Breckenridge.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The location was perfect for skiing and walking to town. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and even mailed us back a jacket we left behind. We highly recommend this condo for a great vacation in Breckenridge!

What a beautiful, CLEAN condo in a perfect location. We have stayed at Cimmaron multiple times, but this is our favorite unit and will be from now on. Communication was awesome. We liked the key pad as opposed to keeping track of a key. Very, very clean with everything we needed. The location is perfect for our needs. The bed was amazing and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. I would give it 11 out of 10!!!

Great stay in Breckenridge

Great location within easy walking distance of Main St. in Breckenridge as well as the gondola that services the Peak 8 area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Chad goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provided excellent communication throughout the rental process. Would stay here again when visiting the Breckenridge area.

Great Location for Skiing and Walking Downtown

Our group consisted of 2 couples, and the place was perfectly sized for our trip. The location is directly across from a shuttle stop if you're wanting to go to a further peak for skiing, or you can walk to the closest lift no problem. The condo was clean. We didn't spend too much time in the condo since we were skiing and wandering the town for most of our trip, but it was perfect for our stay.
