A few notes about our condo.

We are taking Covid 19 seriously. Our cleaning staff will be using WHO recommended steps to disinfect all Parts of our condo, especially focusing on hi touch areas.

We will have anti bacterial soap and disinfectant in our condo along with small bottles of hand sanitizer. We highly recommend you bring your own hand wipes, purell, etc. to supplement our supplies.

Provide a 100% refund. Even if this happens immediately before your visit. Common sense will

The interior of our condo is completely remodeled with new appliances, new 50' flat screen TV in the LR, new flat screen in both bedrooms, new furniture and a beautiful new hickory hard wood floor in the main room, dining room, kitchen and hallway...and, we have over 1200 square feet of living space!!

Just finished, 12/2021, a complete remodel in our kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. It’s a fabulous upgrade.

This is a privately owned condo--our only condo-- it's not just a rental property!

The huge living room has a new gas fireplace, new queen sofa/sleeper with a new memory foam mattress, love seat, huge leather chair/ottoman and a 50' TV and DVD player. (Cable TV on all 3 TV's).

The dining area has a table that seats 6.

The master BR has a queen-size bed and headboard along with a flat screen TV..

The second BR has a Queen size bed.. There is also a flat screen TV in this BR.

Mattresses in both bedrooms were new in 2021

The main bathroom has a huge walk in shower. This bathroom was remodeled in 2019.

The master bedroom bathroom was alsoremodeled in 2019 and has a jetted Jacuzzi bath tub.

There is a huge hot tub approx. 30 yards from our front door. There is also a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and spa that serves the upper village condo's--its a short walk down the path right behind our condo. This pool/hot tub complex is fantastic and reserved for condo owners in the immediate area--keycard required for entry.

Covered parking keeps the car protected from the snow— there is an elevator that will bring you from the garage to our 1st floor unit--you don't have to walk up or down a single stair in our complex!

We have a private, lockable ski/board storage closet located right outside the front door of our condo. A great place to store all your equipment while you are back 'home'.

We have Comcast High Speed internet access for all to use.

We are located directly across the street from 4 O'Clock Run - ski in for lunch or at the end of the day...and we are a very short walk to Snowflake Lift. Want to start the day at the Quicksilver six-person ski lift on Peak 9...its a short five minute walk. Or, head to Main Street and be there in less than five minutes!! We are on street level, so you do not have to walk up/down flights of stairs at the end of a long day.

If you would rather take the FREE shuttle to anywhere in town or on the mountain, the town shuttle stops approximately 100 yards from our front door. The shuttle is a local favorite and gets you anywhere on the mountain quickly. There is an app that shows exactly when the next shuttle will arrive--they run every 15 minutes. It will take too the the base camps or to the gondola.

Great snow trip spot!
The location of this rental couldn’t have been much better! It was a GREAT spot for our snow trip. Super convenient to the town, the shuttle to the slopes, and even an OK walk up to Snowflake lift. The covered garage was great for the car as well! The common areas were significantly bigger than the pictures made them look and were extremely comfortable for down time! The unit was clean and well equipped and would be well suited for a couples trip or a small group of friends. The upstairs neighbors could definitely be heard through the ceilings but it shouldn’t be too much of an issue if you plan to spend most days out of the unit. Our trip was definitely made better for staying at this spot and we would stay there again!

Family Vacation
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, modern and the location was perfect. The owners are excellent, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I rented a car, but that pretty much just stayed in the garage as I could walk to anything I needed. Next time I take the family out west again to ski I will look to stay here again!

Perfect Ski Mountain Home Away From Home
What a wonderful stay we had at Sundowner II! The condo was nicely appointed and the kitchen was fulling equipped with everything from a dual Keuring/regular coffee pot to an air fryer, deep sink, and plenty of counter space for prep work. We enjoyed sitting on the cushy sofas and turning on the gas fireplace each day after skiing. The location was great to ski out to via the 4 O’Clock run then a short walk to the condo. We had access to garage parking located steps away and one floor down from our first floor unit. Bill was a super host who responded quickly and provided all the detailed info we needed for easy checkin and checkout. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us, Bill!

Amazing rental…felt like home!
We had an amazing stay at this rental property. The unit was well stocked with everything you could need and more! We were more than pleased with how nice this unit was…comfy like home! Easy access to Snowflake lift (10 min walk) and super easy to ski in from the Four O’clock run. We would absolutely stay at this unit again!

What makes this property unique

One of the best things about our condo that is often overlooked--since our complex was built in the '80's, the size our our 2BR is almost 50% LARGER than the new units--some 2BR's are under 800 square feet--ours is almost 1300 sq. feet! The added space, plus our entire complex has been completely remodeled--inside and out--makes our location one of the best bargains in the area.
