this was our third or fourth time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoy it every time. having garage parking is definitely a plus and the short walk to the town makes it so much easier.

Overall the place was great for our trip. The one shower could have been cleaner, I was always looking for more light in the kitchen, and a few picky items, but overall everything was great. Loved the kitchen, all the hooks for our coats, benches to sit on while gearing up and cozy family room and fireplace to warm up and dry gloves, plus the convenience of having a washer/dryer and the humidifiers to help the dry air. The location was perfect for hopping on the bus to any peak at Breck.

We had a fantastic time and the condo was the perfect location! Very easy to find our way to the pool/hot tub, ski lifts, and town. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful area and condo

Such a great location - a quick walk into Breck for all the fun you want. Condo is beautiful and newer. Beds are actually comfortable and showers have great pressure and have been updated! Wonderful place to sit on patio overlooking flowers

Great Location and Cozy

Very short walk to the shuttle to take us to the lift and we never waited long for the shuttle. Also a short walk to Mainstreet. We enjoyed the electric (gas?) fireplace to warm up after skiing. Great place to stay.

Great place

This place was great for our family. It’s proximity to downtown, bus stops and ski lifts was great. The fire place and storage closet was also a bonus. The owners were very responsive and helpful with information about town as well. I would definitely stay again.

Spring Break Family Ski Trip

We absolutely loved the condo, its location within proximity to both the Snowflake Lift and the short walk to town. The condo itself met every need for our family with a cozy feel-home away from home! We will definitely look for this condo again on our next visit to Breck!

Perfect location for spring ski getaway
