Fully Renovated Mountain Modern Gem - Walk to the lifts!

The ultimate Breckenridge getaway! This warm and cozy condo has so much to offer! Conveniently located within a short walk to Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift and downtown shops/restaurants/bars. There's free parking and ski shuttle pick up nearby. Resort amenities include multiple hot tubs, outdoor heated pool and a laundry facility. This condo sleeps up to eight guests so there is plenty of space for the whole family. Guest access
The whole two bedroom two bath unit will be accessible excluding the one owner's closet in the master bedroom.

This 1000 sq ft, condominium includes two private bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. Living room features a pull out sofa bed, and access to the balcony porch. The kitchen has a coffee maker as well as all needed utensils, bowls, mugs, and more. The bathrooms will come with travel size shampoo, conditioner and, soap; towels and rags; and blow dryer. Guest will also have access to a washer and dryer in the condo.

Other things to note
You will have to take stairs to access the unit, there is not an elevator available.

Pool/Spa hours vary during the summer/winter season and we can not guarantee hours/availability as it is at the discretion of the resort. Please reach out to verify if they will be open during your stay.

Ski/Snowboard/bike items will need to be stored in the storage closet in the condo or on the unit's balcony.

Great Stay

I appreciate when the pics, truly mirror the place they portray. Really nice place and very short walk to the hill. The pool and hot tubs were also open. I also want to say the mgt company was very responsive, as we needed a couple of extra towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time in this condo. The company was helpful in getting us a crockpot (listed on the website but not in the condo). The dryer is very particular and has a lot of errors. Using youtube videos, we managed to get it working again. The kitchen has minimal items, but you can make do. The dishes are for six people but the condo can sleep 8. We had 7 people. Loved the heated floors. It was easy to walk to peak 9. We would stay here again.
