Wake up to Baldy Mountain views in this spacious top-floor condo with master king suite, sunny deck, and a heated garage. Ski to the back door on Four O’Clock Run, then walk just 200 steps to the Snowflake Lift. Just two blocks from Main Street, with pool and hot tub access nearby.
This non-smoking 2BR/2BA condominium is located on the top floor with only one shared wall, offering both privacy and quiet. Access is by open-air stairway (please note there is no elevator). The spacious living area features large southeast-facing windows, a gas fireplace, and a deck with fantastic views of Mount Baldy. A high-top dining table seats six comfortably, and the fully stocked kitchen includes quality appliances, ceramic tile flooring, and counter surfaces.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a window overlooking Sawmill Creek, where the sound of flowing water is especially relaxing in summer and fall. Upstairs, the loft bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with one queen and two double beds, along with a second bathroom with shower and its own TV/DVD player. A full bathroom is also located on the main level.
Parking is simple and convenient with a private heated garage large enough for a standard SUV, plus an additional outdoor spot in front of the garage.
Guests have access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs, just a short walk away. Swimmers can pass under a connecting wall to enjoy the outdoor section year-round. Pool and hot tub facilities are closed from mid/late September until Thanksgiving and again from mid-April until Memorial Day. Dates vary due to schedule maintenance, so please confirm if your stay overlaps these times. In 2025 the pool will reopen on 11/21 for the winter season.
As with most Breckenridge properties, this condo does not have air conditioning. July is typically the warmest month, with daytime highs rarely above 75°F and cool evenings in the 50s. Multiple fans are provided for comfort.
The Snowflake Lift generally opens before Thanksgiving, with ski-down access to the lift available in early December and skiing all the way back to the condo usually possible by mid-December. The lift typically closes in mid-April, depending on snow conditions; after that, Peak 8 is accessible by bus or gondola.
Just two blocks from Main Street, the condo is close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. For peace of mind, we encourage guests to consider travel insurance, such as Travel Guard, which offers plans including “cancel for any reason” coverage.

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Jim and Suzanne are so helpful and everything you need is there. The layout is perfect for a family and the Mountain View in the morning with your coffee on the balcony is fantastic. There wasn’t much snow for skiing and we still loved it. Walked to Main Street daily and the lifts are steps away. It was ideal in every way!
Thanks to Jim and Suzanne for sharing their property for my father son trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make lunches and dinners all week. The short walk to snowflake lift was a breeze and it was awesome skiing right to the condo after a long day every day. This was a overall great experience and I look forward to working with Jim and Suzanne again in the future.
Great location! Short walk to Snowflake Chairlift which was incredibly convenient for us. At the end of the day we skied down 4 O’Clock straight to the garage which was perfect for storing our ski gear. The condo was also a short walk into town. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!
Fantastic place with easy access to snowflake lift or the bus to get to peak 9 or other parts of mountain. Just know you’re on the third floor for when bringing in and packing out your gear.
This property served as a homebase for my mother and I to explore Breck and hike some 14ers. It was a wonderful location, walkable to everything, and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. 4 full days of skiing and close enough to walk to downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake lift was a quick 100 yard walk up the road and we were able to ski directly to our front door when done!We would 100% recommend for your next ski trip!

This was the perfect place to stay while we skied at Breckenridge. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Condo was orderly, well set up and clean. Felt like a second home, not just a rental. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Great property, as advertised. Owners were communicative and helpful. Only drawback is pool and hot tub are a bit of a hike off property so be aware of that. Proximity to lift and end of day skiing can’t be beat.
I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Also very conveniently located to downtown and just a quick trip on the bus or gondola up to the ski slopes! I'll certainly look for this property on my next trip to Breck!
The property was great. Easy access to snowflake chair lift and walking distance to Main Street. Truly a ski in condo that made having lunch relaxing without the crowds. A welcome surprise was how nice and convenient the heated garage was to get our skis on and off daily. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Our family has been vacationing in Breckenridge since the early 90's. We love the outdoor activities available, especially skiing and cycling. We have season passes and ski as often as we can.
