Stunning Home...Walk To Everything...Spectacular Views From Hot Tub
***Due to COVID, we’re taking even extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and following all HomeAway/VRBO and Summit County cleaning guidance/procedures. We also will provide extra cleaning supplies for you to use throughout your stay. We also will offer a much more lenient cancellation policy should you need to cancel for any reason due to COVID concerns. Rest assured this is a private and very clean home, with contactless entry. You can order groceries and dinners to be delivered should you not feel comfortable adventuring out.

This is a beautiful 'Pottery Barn/Restoration Hardware Style' private home with incredible views of the ski slopes and within walking distance to everything! Main Street is a block away where you will find the majority of Breck's restaurants, boutique shops, and bars. This house was recently remodeled in 2020 and includes gorgeous granite counter tops in the kitchen and all three bathrooms, slate entry ways, acacia wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms and garden level basement, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, new bedding, and much much more! This house is unique as it has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors, each with it's own full bath. The house is located next to open space, so its perfect for the kids to play football, soccer or throw a frisbee!
The family room on the main level is spectacular with a stunning river rock fireplace with views to Breckenridge mountain. The main floor has a wrap around deck and there are 2 additional private decks connected to the master and guest bedrooms.
Bedding Configuration:
Top Floor - King bed, large walk in closet and double vanity updated master bathroom with a large double headed shower and a deck from master bedroom with ski hill views
Middle Floor - Queen bed, large closet, 3 way updated full bathroom, deck from guest bedroom,
Garden Level - Twin over twin bunbed plus a queen bed.
The den on the garden level floor can also serve as a 4th bedroom as it has a queen sofa sleeper (The bed in the sofa sleeper has been custom made and is much more comfortable than a normal sofa bed) This is just a great room for the kids to play! (Please note that this den does not have a door to close)
***This house sleeps 8 adults comfortably! A group of 10 would be best suited with a mix of adults and kids.
This house boasts many great amenities including a 7 person private hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill with BBQ tools, connected garage, 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, hi-speed internet (WIFI), stereo system, iPod/iPhone alarm clock/chargers in every bedroom, washer/dryer, and a humidifier system built into the house. This has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, complete selection of cookware, platters, small appliances and spices. We have everything you would need for a small dinner or a huge feast.
There is a single car garage attached to the house, also plenty of room for 2 additional cars in the driveway. You may feel free to use the unlocked items, such as the stroller, sleds, Pak and Play, games, and toys.
The beauty of this house is that you can walk to everything including Main St. which is a block from the house. This means you can enjoy all the restaurants, shopping, ice rink, sledding hill at Carter Park and much much more. The bus stop is literally steps away. This is less than 70 yards which can take you to Peak 9 and/or the Gondola. You can also catch a bus, the 'Summit Stage', to Keystone or Copper Mountain at the ice rink which is less than 155 yards away. In the summer you can enjoy the nearby park, top mountain biking trails, as well as all that Breckenridge has to offer!
There is absolutely No Smoking or Pets allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with an active homeowner's association and is kept very well and peaceful. We have a cleaning fee that will vary based on the size of your group.

Hello! We are the Friedrichsen Family. We have 3 children that keep us really busy! We are extremely active and love to ski, bike as well as do all the outdoor sports Colorado has to offer. So, it was natural that we picked one of the best locations in Colorado to purchase our second home. We bought this home in 2012 and we are looking forward to sharing our home as well as the Breckenridge experience with you. It is our goal that when you stay at our house you feel like this is your home away from home!
Why they chose this property
It took us 4 years to find the perfect mountain house. We chose this house because we wanted to be able to be close to town and local attractions as well as be able to access the ski slopes very easily. This is essential with 3 small children! We chose Breckenridge because of it's natural beauty, the year round activities, unbelievable skiing, as well as so much more. This is our favorite place to go and we hope to create many memories for our children throughout the years to come.
What makes this property unique
How can we neglect to say that the best benefits include all the nearby activities; skiing, sledding hills, as well as all of the summer activities that Breck has to offer like fishing, tennis, festivals, and biking. Of course our kids would definitely say they love Adventure Ridge on top of the Gondola! There is never a dull moment in Breckenridge and you will be able to experience it all in this gorgeous private home.
