This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit is a ski in/ walk out. The Snowflake lift is a quick 3 minute walk to access the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Guests can ski right up to the back door at the end of the day.
The master bed has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen and the fourth has two twin beds. The main level is an open floor plan. The living room is very cozy with a sectional couch and a gas fireplace. There is also a large dining room table to accommodate large groups. This unit has been updated recently.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned uncovered parking spot.
Sunset guests have access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Great place, great location! The walk to the lift was short, and the ski run home was great! We had 7 people, including 3 teenagers, and it was the perfect size.
We loved the space, the extra blankets, plenty of kitchen plates, etc. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Ski in after a long day on the slopes was great and proximity to shuttle stop was nice.
Our trip was great and this was the perfect location for a family with two teens - easy access to town, trails and pools/hot tubs. The condo was well stocked with plenty of room for all of us! Thank you!
Within walking distance to town made it easy to go out in the evening for dinner. It was quiet in the area except for traffic on the street. The place was clean and enjoyed having the board games there but the home could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay.
Super simple, flexible checkin with code locks, and great staff to explain the process. Property is a block and half walk to the lift and ski in. Ideal!
Enjoyed the location and would recommend. Only comment was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable as we came during 'shoulder season's and these were undergoing maintenance in preparation for ski season.
Nice, clean and comfortable place with more than enough room for 6, including teenagers and little kids. The location was extremely convenient. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go in less than 15 minutes. We will be back.
The unit itself was perfect for several couples staying together with two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.
The living space on the main floor was great as well. Good space for playing games and cooking etc.
Two downsides were the distance from hot tub and ski lift.

We loved the size of the condo, location and ease to slopes for all age groups. Only downside is hot tub accessibility. Minor issues were fireplace remote needs to be replaced, toilet handles need repair and the rooms stayed hot. Opening a window corrected this. Otherwise, highly recommend!
We had a great family holiday in Breckenridge at this townhouse. The location and the snow did not disappoint but there is some minor room for improvement that would have made our experience even better. Specifically a property that can accommodate 8 people should provide parking for 2 cars, even if the second one is at a neighbouring but close location. Some of the kitchen equipment should be updated. For example there were a total of 5 wine glasses (all plastic). A minor investment (10's of ) in replacing damaged and unmatched glasses would convey the sense of quality I would expect for this property.

Nice area, some things to improve
The location was great. The specific house we got was a few steps from the slopes and 3 minute drive from Main Street and that was ver convenient. The house was big enough, the rooms and bathrooms were as described. However, Our comforter was dirty and the beds in all the rooms were uncomfortable. We had a hard time with the temperature in the house, and parking is really awful when all the units are taken.
For the most part the property was good enough for what we needed.
Lovely! And Very nice ski in, but really not ski out
Very cute. Nice fireplace. Good location for going home after skiing but really not great for walking to ski unless you are very fit and adjusted to 9000 ft altitude ( because its a 4 minute uphill walkwith skiis and boots- a good warmup for many of us but not all, and then a line for a 2-chair). Fortunately the option to walk out the door, left down the street about 100 yards and catch a ride on a 2 minute bus to 4-chair Beaver Run lift in the morning, was good.
