The property was great and very comfortable. The only down side was neighbors threatening to fine us while we were unloading luggage for a few minutes in the street with no intent to stay parked there. They also complained anout somebody else's kids ridding bikes in the common street out front. Overall great property, just a bit of a bummer avout the neighbors attitudes

Epic True ski in ski out with hot tub!

Place was perfect for family of four plus grandpa. We all had our own rooms, they had everything there. Love the view and the garage was handy as well. You ski down to the Snowflake lift.

We had a wonderful time in this condo! It was a great location and a very nice, clean house. Ski out was very easy, the ski-in was more for experienced people, but still doable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful views and had everything we needed!

Awesome Quick Getaway

We went to Breckinridge to get away for a long weekend before the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was fantastic (would be even more fantastic if the Snowflake lift was open!) and was great space. Great kitchen and all the utensils. The property owners consistently texted us asking if we needed nothing at all. It was a great getaway!

Beautiful Property Great Location

This was our first time in a ski in and ski out property and it was both beautiful and convenient! Property owners were polite and responsive to texts. Clean and exactly what was advertised online. Only suggestion would be to confirm a list of items already known that are not perfect (missing/broken drawer in kitchen and loose toilet flusher) just to ensure that they acknowledge that we did not break anything.

The house was comfortable and spacious, we did not feel crowded even with 5 kids. The kitchen was well stocked. the beds were comfortable. We had some minimal issues with the shower and dishwasher and a few other questions that the rental company sorted out straight away, they were great to deal with. The location was great being on the snowflake access trail. Occ we had to push tired kids home which was tough as it's a bit flat in places but skiing right out the door was great. the hot tub was enjoyed by all, it had a great view.

Pillows in master bedroom should be improved. Also consider going to a Keurig coffee maker. Gives better choices for coffee. Seems like there is room to widen the driveway so 3 cars can park but understand HOA’s since I owned a unit at Sundowner.River Ridge Rentals is great. Work was done on the roof gutters and nails and screws left in driveway, fortunately no flat tires. Overall, great stay, see you next year.

Retreat at Saddlewood was an excellent place for our family of eight! Location is excellent and allows easy access to downtown Breckenridge and the bus service. The amenities throughout are great. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a group. Hot tub was used extensively and enjoyed. Management group was very communicative and wanted to make sure we had a great trip. Five stars throughout. We will be back.

What a perfect vacation!

If you are looking at this property, do yourself a favor, and book it now! We were a party of 9 and had the BEST trip! The property was top notch. They thought of everything, and there wasn’t anything we wished we had or needed. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for bathing and hot tub, prompt and helpful communication, convenient location to walk downtown and access a variety of hikes, and a stunning view! We would definitely rent here again!

Great stay!

Great home to rent. Would rent again. Easy access to the city center via bus, car, or a reasonable walk. Easy access to ski lift. Pretty flat trail back for ski in but worked even for the kids with a little towing. :)

River Ridge Rentals made it easy, VRBO is a little misleading.

The house was great, the location was great! The house was acceptably clean. It was very comfortable and roomy for 8 ppl. (We were just 7). My family and I cook in most nights and found the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the closets were spacious. Every thing, including the hot tub, were well maintained. The one and only complaint all the members of my family had is, while it is certainly ski out, the ski in was a bit of a stretch. Approximately two thirds of Snowflake lane is flat, for which, you had to pole, skate or just walk. That definitely came into consideration when choosing to do 1 more run or save some energy for getting back to the house. But even with that we enjoyed our trip and made great memories.
