This roomy 3 bedroom One Breckenridge Place townhome is conveniently located steps from Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our spacious three-bedroom unit offers two-levels in an open floor plan. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the bottom floor are two more bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms and washer/dryer.
LOCATION – One Breckenridge Place townhomes are just steps from everything you came to Breckenridge to do. Located across the street from the free shuttle, 1 block from main st and 200 yds to the Peak 9 lifts and Breckenridge ski school.
AMENITIES – This comfortable three-bedroom unit offers a master king suite in the upper level with additional sleeping space in the lower level including a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom each with their own private bath. Baby pack and play along with booster seat is available for use. The deck offers a great place to soak in the outdoor hot tub. Guests also have access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tubs (off-site) located just behind the One Breckenridge Place complex on Village Road (just a 1-2 minute walk). Ski sleds are stored in the garage to use at the local sledding hills.

The house was spacious and kitchen well stocked. It was within a few minutes walk to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street, which was ideal for our family. Would definitely recommend
Location location location! This townhome had an incredible location walking distance to town and the ski slopes, while still remaining fairly quiet! There was plenty of space for 5 of us, but if you have little kids just be aware of the split with the primary bedroom on the main level and the other bedrooms on the ground level. Having a private garage was also super convenient with ski and sled storage. The private hot tub was a great bonus. The place was well stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. Would definitely stay again.
We had an awesome stay here! Adam was just phenomenal! The location is amazing super convenient and close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Slopes are walking distance. The host was incredibly cool, responsive, and accommodating, making everything easy from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!
We came for three nights with our adult kids! They really enjoyed the hot tub. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, but the downstairs mattresses were not. The TV in the queen room was not working. And the Wi-Fi was wonky and hard to figure out, but we managed.We loved that the condo was one of the first in the complex and easy to get to. We had no problems walking over to Main Street, it was fast and easy! We enjoyed all of the room and the fireplace! We had troubles with locking the back door and the icemaker was broken. But other than that, everything was great! The owner was very quick to get back with me on a couple of questions. While we were there, we enjoyed all of the restaurants and shopping and went snowmobiling and had a blast! Thank you for your hospitality. Yup: make sure you don’t lock the door knob on the way out. Only lock the deadbolt. We managed to lock ourselves out lol but got back in through the garage.

The HOA required all units in our complex to remove grills which is noted on our listing and is no longer listed as an amenity. We also refunded Marcelo for items he purchased at the store to grill.
We loved our stay, and we would love to visit again! The location was perfect and a close walk to Main Street. The management company was easy to work with and responded quickly. Greet stay!
My family, (two seniors, two adult children and two teens) had a great stay. The condo was as advertised - an excellent location close to the town and slopes, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Honestly, there was nothing not to like!
