This was an amazing unit that totally suited our family needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils as we opted to dine-in a few of the nights. Check-in was seamless and efficient as the digital key made for easy and stress free access.

Best location and lovely property for a family!

Wonderful location right at the base of peak 9. Plenty of space and a kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Great communication with the host and really easy mobile key!

Ski Getaway

We lived this condo. The space was great for our group. First floor access is so convenient! Jackie was super helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other places around town. The condo was just as pictured. I loved the kitchen - it has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals with lots of spices and pantry staples. We will look here first the next time we come to Breckenridge!

Great place, amazing location!

Highly recommend this place! Two King suites plus the additional bedroom was perfect for two families with children, kitchen was stocked with good appliances (we cooked most meals), condo was cozy, and the location was amazing (2-minute walk to the lift)! Owner was responsive and took care of us during our stay. We can’t wait to visit again!

Weeklong stay. Unit is very nicely appointed & equipped. Property owner very friendly and responsive. Great location for walkout to Quicksilver lift and access to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. We have stayed at the Chateaux 4 times over the past 20 years and always been happy with our decision to stay there. We would stay again! And in this unit if available for our trip times.

Exceeded expectations

From booking, check-in, stay and check out, this was the best experience and nicest unit we've ever rented in Breckenridge. Jackie, the host, was amazing with communication and walking me through the whole process. Location is excellent as it is in proximity to all things that make Breck a special place. Fantastic long weekend

This beautiful condo is exactly as promised! Photos are spot on- perfectly roomy for 6 of us from 3 families meeting up for the best skiing. Great kitchen and family room! Ski locker just inside the bldg was well positioned. The hot tubs across the street were always hot and perfect for tired legs. Just steps away from quicksilver lift- Jackie was awesome with quick and thorough communication! We enjoyed everything about this stay

Village at Breckenridge property

This property is beautiful, homely and well equipped. Lots of personal touches (like owner recommended where to eat and what to do guides, makeup wipes and makeup towels) were appreciated). I don’t think we could have gotten closer to the Quicksilver Chairlift if we tried! A very quick flat walk, less than 5 minutes, and you are at the chairlift. The property is also well positioned and close to the Village and other amenities. Entry to the home and other complex amenities is electronic via a phone app. Details to access and download are issued before you arrive. As there is a fair bit of set up information to get through and action, I recommend doing this as early as possible to smooth out any initial hiccups and make arrival stress free. Once electronic access is set up it’s very easy for all occupants to review. We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful!

The Gathering Point is just as all the reviews state and photos show…an amazing condo! The entire home is stocked better than any other we’ve stayed in. Very spacious, yet quiet and cozy. There is every kitchen appliance and tool you would want, even Tupperware! There are hooks upon hooks and towel racks in the bathrooms (so rare). Plenty of linens, no skimpy 1 towel and washcloth per guest. Lots of DVD’s, throw blankets and a Bose speaker in the living room. An X-box (or similar) in the kids bunk room. The game room in the building with the pool kept my kids busy (pool table, pac man, shuffle board, pong) when not out doing other things. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There was a sauna and steam room we didn’t use- but looked nice and are new. We didn’t have any issues we needed to contact the hosts, but they were very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay. Parking in the garage under the building is TIGHT, but I saw bigger vehicles than my Q7 in there. The elevator from the garage, while marked ‘HOA elevator’ did throw us at first (HOA made me think wasn’t for guests and its behind double doors that looked like a storage closet) but was very handy from the garage! Would most def stay here again!

Very Clean and Tidy but confusing check in and parking

We stayed for four nights last week. The unit was immaculately clean and very well cared for. It was stocked with anything and everything you might need, and the beds and linens were comfortable and crisp. When it says check in is at 4pm, they mean it. It's electronically set via an app. We arrived from Denver after a long flight in. Drove up the mountain and had a hard time figuring out parking in the unit. After unloading a large SUV and hauling it all upstairs (with full bladders) we realized we could not unlock the door until exactly 4pm. So, we stood in the hallway for 12 mins until we could access the unit. That was a bit frustrating. The same went for check out. We had a knock on the door at 10:03 am on the morning of check out as we were headed out. So, keep that in mind. The app we used for keyless entry wasn't connecting to the Bluetooth on the doors, so we (and everyone else) had to use the emergency exits for the weekend and we had a hard time getting our app to open the garage doors when coming and going. They "keyless" system they have onsite is hard to use and I can see it being confusing for older guests. The pool and hot tub were busy but very nice. Great location and wonderful walkability to town.

Family Winter Wonderland

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it was just as fabulous. The location is the most convenient to take kids to ski school. Being on the first floor was great for kids to play in the snow in the backyard. The game room and pool/hot tub are always a fav after a day of skiing. We were able to walk to delicious restaurants. Highly recommend.

Five Star Gathering Point

Our family just spent a wonderful week at The Gathering Point and had a great time. The condo was very clean, beautifully furnished and supplied with everything we could ask for. It was so nice to have plenty of glasses, utensils, and small appliances etc. to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The location is perfect, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town, and easy access to the Quicksilver Lift. The pool and hot tub are a short walk and became a daily ritual. Jackie is great owner and was very attentive to any questions we had. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge for over 20 years and The Gathering Point is up there with the best accommodation available. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for first class accommodation in Breckenridge.

Fantastic Ski-In, Ski-Out Stay in Breckenridge!

We had a wonderful stay at this ski-in, ski-out condo over Presidents’ Day weekend! The home was clean, welcoming and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was great for our group.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with quality cookware and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. We also appreciated the ample storage space for our ski gear—it was well thought out and made organizing everything a breeze. The amenities really made it fun for the kids and adults: multiple hot tubs, sauna, indoor/outdoor connected pool, free arcade, pool table, and movie room.The location couldn’t be better and was the biggest highlight for us. Just steps from both the Quicksilver lift, and Breck village gave us the perfect mix of convenience and easy access to restaurants and shops.The owner was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful, even assisting with additional parking needs. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions.Overall, this was a fantastic home base for our Breckenridge trip, and we’d love to stay here again!

Phenomenal condo and location

We have since moved back to Nebraska and are raising 4 children ranging in age from 18 to 28 years old. We are always on the go with the kids and enjoy a variety of activities. We love the outdoors whether it takes us to the lake or to the mountains. We've named our mountain retreat 'The Gathering Pointe'. . . a place where family, friends, and our guests can kick-back, relax and enjoy all the comforts of home! We have a large extended family and whether it be at the lake in the summertime or the mountains throughout the year, we see this retreat as being another extension of all the fun times we've had making memories together. Our Faith, Family, Friends about sums it up for us!

Why they chose this property

Hands Down - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the historic charm of Breckenridge is what caught our attention! This property has it all with it ski in, ski out venue at the base of peak 9, only 1 block to Main Street. We saw it as the perfect spot whether our visitors had a large family with small children, or families with young adults wanting to explore the night life. It's the perfect setting for a couples weekend, holidays and/or Gals or Guys weekend. The highlights for us are its awesome access to the ski slopes, Quicksilver Super 6 lift, and the ski school just steps from your front door. Breckenridge is known for it's world class skiing and fishing, it's quaint and authentic mountain mining town, great shopping and nightlife. Also, the fact that you are walking distance from everything makes it ideal. No car necessary as there are shuttles from Denver International airport into Breckenridge that will bring you right to our front door.
