With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s room for your group to spread out and unwind. Each bedroom features a smart TV, and you’ll appreciate the in-home washer and dryer for refreshing gear between adventures. Step outside and you’re right by the lifts—no shuttles or long walks required. When you’re off the slopes, enjoy access to community amenities like hot tubs, pools, sauna, and a fitness center, plus convenient garage parking for one vehicle.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Garage parking for 1 vehicle is included. Pick up your parking pass at One Ski Hill Place (1521 Ski Hill Road) by telling the front desk you’re staying at Crystal Peak #7401. Display the pass at all times. The parking garage entrance is on the right side of the building; park anywhere. The second elevator brings you closest to the unit. Vehicles without a pass may be booted by building management. Please return the parking pass at departure to avoid a $50 replacement charge.
• Elevators: Building elevators are available; the second elevator is closest to the unit. If an elevator is unavailable, stairs may be required.
• Community amenities: Fitness center, hot tubs, sauna, and indoor/outdoor pools are shared amenities and may be subject to building schedules or seasonal availability.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Events: Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
