Sleek and sophisticated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse is located on the 5th and top story of One Ski Hill Place. The luxury accommodations boast a refined interior styled with wood floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, richly appointed furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, snuggling by the fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the spacious private deck.

Guests have full use of One Ski Hill Place’s year-round amenities including indoor adult and kids’ swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, sauna and steam room, fitness center, bowling alley, and media rooms. The resort is positioned at the base of Peak 8 providing easy ski-in/ski-out convenience plus access to the other peaks, the BreckConnect Gondola, and downtown. Quickly walk to the penthouse after a long day of skiing or stop for a bite at TBar, the mountain’s après hot spot. (Note: on-site amenities are subject to close during off seasons.) A free shuttle offering service to all destination points in Breckenridge is also available.

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge and we could not have asked for a more perfect location to stay! This unit was well stocked with all basic amenities and was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was gorgeous. Our balcony over looked the mountains and provided the most insane sunrise pictures. The property itself was very beautiful. The shuttles, gondola was right on the property which made it so nice to use for trips to the town. Totally recommend!

As the season-long pack mule for a family of 5 the ski valet service felt very decadent, but oh so awesome to simply boot up, walk out, and have my skis at the ready and steps from a lift. The unit was perfect. Comfortable beds, gracious spaces, and for once a kitchen that had everything. Views are amazing, loved the balcony, fireplace was great.Wish the outdoor hot tub was available, but these things happen, and the indoor pool, hot tub, and spas were awesome. I mean, really, how cool to hang in a hot tub and watch the snow cats trundle by as they groomed for the next day.Heated parking might sound unnecessary, but oh so nice to get in a warm and clean car when running into town. I think my Jeep got a little spoiled.Concierge was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our party was a family of 5, with kids ages 15, 13, and 10. We're not fussy, at all. But it was soooo nice to be able to take a break, and if the younger kids were done for the day, to be able to leave them playing Monopoly by the fireplace while the rest of us skied our faces off on Peak 7.Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy. As an IT and systems guy I'm picky. I can't remember any pain points. Very smooth.Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Exceptional! Easy check in, the condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, great views. The property had a full working restaurant (breakfast & room service), and right next to the gondola that was open all day. The penthouse offered high ceilings, which opened up the condo nicely! We will definitely book here again!

Expensive Stay for Cheap Experience

The location is great for ski in/ski out, the bowling alley is nice, and the view is very good, thats about all that I can say positively about this property...seriously we thought about just going home 3-4 days early. The phones in the unit never worked, submitted the issue to the property company and they said talk to the hotel and we spoke with them three times and nobody was ever sent to fix it. So if we needed anything we would have to get dressed go to the lobby and speak with the concierge/front desk. No hot water in the showers, again multiple discussions with the front desk and were finally told the boilers do not always keep the water hot all the way to the top floor. So we spent most of our week and a half showering in the gym which is a delight with two children aged 4 and 7 unless a cold shower in the middle of winter is your idea of fun the gym is the only option. The bed in the master bedroom is complete trash and dips on both sides, so guys if your significant other is a cuddler thats not possible here as you are protected by a ridge. The furniture in the living room is rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, and one would assume it is the cheapest grade possible at Big Lots. One Ski Hill is short staffed so they struggled with offering some of the listed amenities, but I will say everyone was super nice. I know this review seems harsh and by a disgruntled guest, but I travel Mon-Thurs every week (Titanium Marriott and Diamond Hilton) and have never experienced a stay this poor outside of a motor-court in Muleshoe TX (yes a real town in west Texas). Overall very disappointed in the stay after saving and spending this amount of money on what we thought would be a lifetime of memories over Christmas and New Years.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the One Ski Hill Penthouse. It was great to have the gondola to take into town just steps from the condo. The indoor pools and hot tubs were great. The outdoor hot tub was closed during our stay which was a bit of a disappointment. We rented skis right next to the condo at Breck Sports, they were very helpful. Had a great dinner at breckenridge brewery and used the One Ski Hill shuttle to get there. The guys driving the shuttle were great. We took advantage of the bowling which was fun. We did have issues with hot water in the showers and the fireplace turning off. There were so many spices, pots and pans, etc to cook with which was great! Laundry supplies also provided. We used instacart to have groceries delivered right to the room from City Market. Had some issues acclimating to the elevation, the guys in the lobby got us connected with an oxygen rental company and it helped SO much. We would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Breck! One of our favorite trips yet.
