GUEST ACCESS
Our property utilizes convenient self-check-in. Please retrieve your keycard from the lockbox on the door of the unit first, as it is required for entry into the parking garage. In addition, you will need the parking permit to display in your vehicle, which you will find on the entry table just inside the door. You may pull under the portico at the main entrance while a member of your party retrieves your keycard and the parking permit.
The entrance to the heated underground garage is located to the right of the main doors. You may park in any available space. Luggage carts are located near the elevator for your convenience, and we kindly ask that you return them after unloading. Handicapped-accessible spaces and electric vehicle charging stations are also available.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-week clean or a fresh supply of linens is available for longer stays at an additional charge. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make arrangements.
• A starter supply of staples such as shampoos, soaps, tissues, garbage liners and coffee station items is provided at the beginning of your stay. These items will not be replenished, so please plan accordingly.
• Keys – three keycards will be accessible to you in the lockbox on the front door. We STRONGLY suggest leaving one of the key cards in the lockbox at all times in case of a lost key or an accidental lock-out, ensuring you will always have access to the unit. There will be a $100 charge for lost keys or a service trip to provide you with an additional key.
• A smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are located in the unit for your safety and peace of mind.
• An in-room safe is available to guests for storage of small, valuable items
