Welcome to our condominium at Beaver Run, a true ski-in/ski-out, family-friendly resort, located at the base of Peak 9! Walking distance to downtown Main Street & hiking trails!

This beautiful, well-appointed 2-bedroom (1K, 2Q), 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests. The cozy living room contains a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), sleeper sofa, and private balcony. The full kitchen is well equipped and ready for family meal preparation. Two slope-side ski storage lockers are provided.

The condominium has two entrance doors. The second bedroom is a 'lock off' style with a door that can be locked for additional privacy from the interior hallway/main suite.

This place is lovely! Newly renovated, kitchen had every we needed, comfy beds and the resort is nice. Was great to leave our skis in the heated locker room and walk right out to Beaver Run lift. Would def stay here again!

The condo is awesome. Very clean and it appears recently renovated. Also comes with everything you need to have a great stay. I appreciated that they had plenty of essentials stocked, like dish soap, garbage bags, TP, etc. The ski locker is close to the equipment rental place across the street from the condo, which was very convenient.

Perfect Mountain View condo

Wow!! What a perfect condo with Mountain View’s from the balcony!! Close to town, ski in/ski out resort, very convenient to town, kitchen came equipped with everything you need, just absolutely perfect for our party of 7. I loved the free shuttle to town. They’ll pick you up and drop you off anywhere you need to go in town from 8 AM- 11 PM. I would definitely book again!!

This was our first time at Breckinridge and it was a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be right on the beginner run for the kids. We could easily come in and out as we pleased when anyone was tired or hungry. We enjoyed the other amenities as well.
