Such a great, cozy spot! We thoroughly enjoyed it! We did have to contact VRBO for our check in info as apparently it goes to your spam texts, which I had no clue existed!

We’re glad you enjoyed the cozy space! Our check-in messages can occasionally end up in spam, though this doesn’t happen often. We’re sorry that caused a little confusion on arrival and appreciate you letting us know. Thanks for staying with us!

Great to have direct access to the ski lift from the condo. Beautifully decorated. Rooms were very small and we couldn’t fit a porta crib in either as an FYI for those with babies.

Host was very responsive and welcoming. The condo was very clean and well represented. The location right at the base of Peak 7 and next to the gondola was excellent. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Unit next to gondola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The quality and condition of the unit was very nice and taken care of. Unfortunately, both bedroom windows are just a few yards from the gondola. The gondola starts up around 6 a.m. so you hear the noise from the gondola starting up and then running all day. Not a very peaceful or restful place to stay.
Response from VrboOwner on 2 April 2026
Thank you for your review. Our photos are accurate in that you can see the gondola outside so guest all know how close it is to their room!

We always like Peak 7 for the location and quiet mountainside view. One note, the location is ground floor next the lift.

Great property and well kept. The lock box process is not that great, but otherwise, the place was perfect.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 October 2025
Thank you for your feedback! Due to the nature of the keys required by the HOA for the building, the lockbox is the only process we are able to have for check in. We apologize if it caused you any inconvenience.

Summer stay; excellent location. Could use a safe as it is on the first floor and in the summer with no air conditioning; you have to keep the windows open.

Response from VrboOwner on 28 September 2025
Thank you for your feedback. Summit county generally has very low levels of crime. Air conditioning is extremely uncommon in the area as it is largely unnecessary due to the mild climate.
