Sleek and sophisticated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath air-conditioned penthouse is located on the 5th and top story of One Ski Hill Place. The luxury accommodations boast a refined interior styled with wood floors, granite counter tops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, richly appointed furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, snuggling by the fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the spacious private deck.

Guests have full use of One Ski Hill Place’s year-round amenities including indoor adult and kids’ swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fire pit, sauna and steam room, fitness center, bowling alley, and media rooms. The resort is positioned at the base of Peak 8 providing easy ski-in/ski-out convenience plus access to the other peaks, the BreckConnect Gondola, and downtown. Quickly walk to the penthouse after a long day of skiing or stop for a bite at TBar, the mountain’s après hot spot. (Note: on-site amenities are subject to close during off seasons.) A free shuttle offering service to all destination points in Breckenridge is also available.

Construction Update: A neighboring development project is currently underway. Please be aware that construction activity and noise may be audible from the property during active work hours permitted by the Town.

Overall, fantastic unit at One Ski Hill. We loved the distant Mountain View, appreciated the welcome gifts, and were glad for the plentiful supplies provided. We also liked that there were 2 thermostats in the unit - the main bedroom has its own thermostat which is useful for our family. We enjoyed the amenities such is indoor pool, bowling, and pool table. Disappointed that one ski hill no longer serves a continental breakfast. But there is an a la carte menu. Things to note about the unit, humidifiers are not provided. The bed in the main bedroom is hard. If that’s an issue for you too, you may want to consider stopping at Walmart in Frisco on the way in and buying an egg crate for a few bucks - well worth it!

Significant construction (7am–7pm, 6 days/week) at an adjacent site is expected until summer 2027. River Ridge claimed no confirmed schedule was available at booking or arrival, and as the construction is off-property, they would not offer compensation or release from the rental agreement. We left three days early. Reception confirmed construction had been known about and a previous review evidenced it. I do not accept that River Ridge was unaware; this material fact was omitted. The property advert has since been updated. We did not get to enjoy the mountain views or private deck. The apartment is well located but not a true penthouse—drawers are unstable, the headrest is damaged, the kettle is missing a knob (causing a burn), a glass was chipped, and the toilet brush broke. Most lampshades are misaligned, and the bathroom sink takes forever to get hot. “Full use” of One Ski Hill Place is inaccurate; luggage storage was refused. Early check-in was however allowed, the apartment did not appear clean. Towels & linen were clean, but the sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. Overall, this was the poorest value of any Breck apartment I have stayed in

At the time your reservation was made in June 2025, there was no active construction or confirmed schedule communicated to us. As information became clearer, we updated our listing accordingly so future guests are aware. While this work is outside of our control, we do recognize the inconvenience it may cause. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and housekeeping items to our attention. We always want our guests to have the best possible experience, and if we had known during your stay, we would have gladly addressed these items right away. These are not reflective of our usual standards, and we have since followed up with our team to ensure everything has been taken care of. Regarding amenities, guests do have access to the full range of One Ski Hill Place shared facilities including the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and more. Certain services such as front desk assistance and luggage storage are managed separately, which can occasionally vary. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve both the home and guest experience.

Geeat stay, the only downsides were that the microwave was missing the turntable inside, and the master bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable and noisy when you turned. Otherwise everything was great, i still think this was the nicest place that we have stayed in so far, 5 stars for sure
