The home offers four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and three gas fireplaces, along with an attached, heated three-car garage. Three flat-screen HDTVs with surround sound and a fully integrated whole-home sound system round out the amenities. This is the mountain home you'll want to return to year after year.

Main Level
Two-story windows frame the Ten Mile Range and the golf course from the spacious great room, which flows into the formal dining area and the main living area with its stone fireplace. The adjoining gourmet kitchen will suit the most discriminating chef, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a gas range with convection oven.
The kitchen bar and dining room together seat 11, and a card table with four chairs can be set up near the breakfast area or dining room for additional seating.
The main-floor master suite features a king bed and a private sitting area in front of a gas fireplace. It opens directly onto the upper deck, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink with the mountains in view. The master bath offers both a steam shower and an oversized jetted tub.

Outdoor Living
Multi-level wraparound decks surround the home. The covered upper deck off the kitchen includes a dining table for six and a propane grill. Below, the stone patio offers additional seating and a new hot tub, ideal after a full day of Breckenridge adventures.

Lower Level
Two additional master suites each have a private en-suite bath, and a fourth bedroom has a private bath directly across the hall.
The lower-level great room is built for relaxing and entertaining, with a large flat-screen HDTV and surround sound, a wet bar with bar refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and wine rack, a Wii and PlayStation 2 with games, and a hand-painted pub table for checkers or backgammon, all warmed by the home's third gas fireplace.
