Five Bedroom Breckenridge Home with Amazing Mountain Views

Rocky Pine Lodge is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath home with expansive mountain views. It is just 2 miles to the center of Breckenridge, the ski resort and the gondola lift: a five minute drive. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trials just outside the door.

The house has a six person hot tub, five fireplaces (four of them gas), a formal dining and a heated three car garage. There is a covered porch with ski hill views and an outdoor fireplace.

The upper floor has three bedrooms and the lower level has two bedrooms. The lower level also has a foosball table, skee ball maching, board games, TV and a wine cellar.

It is a wonderful house for a family or extended family group.

Great Stay!

Our family stayed at this Wonderful House in Breckenridge in July 2023. It was the Perfect place with plenty of rooms, very clean, and Amazing Mountain View! The owner and property manager were so easy to work with and great commutation. We would highly recommend this house.

Fantastic house, very well maintained! The host family/property managers were very responsive. Location was great, but 4WD is a must during winter. We look forward to staying here again.

Lots of snow

Liked the neighborhood and size of lot. House had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Youngest granddaughters had a blast building snow slides in the yard. Oldest granddaughters loved hiking in the area and picking up pine cones and watching wild life. The 5 fireplaces helped keep us cozy.

Family/Friends Getaway

The house was in great condition when we arrived with it being super clean and looking better than the pictures. The views from the house are amazing. It is a fantastic location being so close to town for restaurants, shopping, and activities. The property managers Justin and Missi were amazing with communication and recommendations throughout the whole trip. I would definitely book Rocky Pine Lodge again for our next trip to Breckenridge.

Teacher retreat

We are a group of teachers that do an annual retreat each year before the start of school. It was great to go up, rest, relax, and wander around town. There was ample space in the home, and the patios were amazing. The views were phenomenal. The house was well stocked with anything we could ever need and more.

Stunning Property in a BEAUTIFUL area of Breckenridge

I cannot say enough about this property - it's gorgeously appointed with every detail given consideration. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the Host and the Property Managers....I have quite literally never felt SO WELCOMED! They are friendly and accommodating! Would recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away to a luxury home, in a gorgeous setting, and to be treated like a welcomed guest!

Great stay!

Beautiful home, well appointed and has everything you need and then some. All of the amenities and appliances we used worked well and were easy to figure out. The "guidebook" and great communication with the owner were also very helpful. We got some pretty good snow the first night and was good to see the road maintenance crews were on top of it and made getting in and out no issue at all since we had normal street tires on the suburban rental we got in Denver.. Favorite spot was sitting right in front of the big window in the living room in the early morning with a cup of coffee and taking in those amazing mountain views. Great way to start any day. We are already considering a return trip.

Luxe Relaxation

We chose this home for our annual ski trip and wow! The entire experience was perfect. The property managers checked in with us early and often to make sure everything was going well. We got to check in early and they did not rush us out on our last day. The location of this house is perfect. A quiet neighborhood with a serene view and private balconies and hot tub. 7 min from Main Street and easy Gondola 8 parking access. Everything about this house made for a perfect ski/relaxation weekend. There is a game room, wine cellar, big dining area, and entertainment space in the basement. All of the bedrooms are big and comfortable with lots of bathrooms (perfect for a big group). Cant recommend this place enough!

We love the mountains: skiing, hiking, rafting, riding. Each year we spend several weeks at the house. The rest of the year we make it available to guests. We want others to enjoy this special place.

Why they chose this property

We love Breckenridge. It is easy to get to from Denver and a real mountain town. Summit County has world class skiing, hiking and rafting. Our house is a perfect family mountain escape with privacy and lots of room to spread out. It is also very close to town, so there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The house has spectacular mountain views and lots of space. It is both private and close to Breckenridge. The property borders national forest land. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trails just outside the door, and the ski hill is just five minutes away.
